Objective: a retrospective analysis of 80 cases of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer, to explore factors which may cause postoperative liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, colorectal cancer screening risk factors of postoperative liver metastasis, provides reference for the prevention and treatment.Methods: using spss19.0 software for statistical analysis. To analyze the data of 80 cases of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer illness, the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and various factors influence on liver metastasis, and to identify independent risk factors for colorectal cancer postoperative liver metastasis.Results: 80 cases of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis rate was 47.5%, postoperative liver metastasis of colorectal cancer associated with gender, age, tumor location, tumor has nothing to do with pathologic types(P > 0.05);And operation method, tumor gross type, degree of differentiation, tumor size, invasion of the intestinal, regional lymph node metastasis number, Dukes staging, preoperative CEA level, whether with intestinal obstruction and postoperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and related(P < 0.05);Number of operation method, the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, Dukes staging and preoperative CEA levels are independent risk factors for colorectal cancer liver metastases.Conclusion: the high incidence of colorectal cancer postoperative liver metastasis, palliative surgery, the low degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, Dukes staging more late, the CEA preoperatively high liver metastasis patients are more likely to occur. To strengthen follow-up, early diagnosis and treatment, improve patient quality of life.
