| objective:Stable angina pectoris due to its common, multiple and high risk of serious impact on people’s production, life and harm to human health. This disease belongs to "obstruction of heartache" category in TCM, is more common in men, over forty years old with paroxysmal chest pain, choking feeling, often occurs in the labor load increases, or due to emotional, meal or smoking, cold induced, in recent years has increased year by year trend of the disease incidence rate, and the age tended to be younger, so how to effectively control and improve the long-term illness, attack and prevent the occurrence of complication of acute myocardial infarction has gradually become the focus of the medical research to reduce, reduce angina pectoris. This paper aims to explore the effect of a simple, economic, long term is more precise and effective treatment, as the embedding and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease and for reference. Methods:1 general information: meet the test requirements and test subjects included a total of 120 cases, were randomly assigned into catgut embedding method of Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine control group and Chinese medicine control group three groups, no loss case, the actual completion of 120 cases, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the three groups in gender, age and course of disease of the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05), with comparable.2 methods of treatment: control group of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine: Yangxin soup Xiaobi decoction, one dose daily, according to the prescription drug 300 ml water, cook until 200 ml, and the two 30 minutes after a meal to take, surrounded by a course of treatment, continuous treatment for two courses. The control group of Western medicine with isosorbide dinitrate tablets for oral treatment, 10 mg each time, three times a day, surrounded by a course of treatment, after two courses; catgut embedding treatment group: in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine from the Neiguan acupoint catgut embedding therapy once a week, using the right Neiguan point cross, four weeks as a course of treatment, continuous two course of treatment, including Yangxin Xiaobi Decoction prescription, treatment, composition, with card to add and subtract, usage and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine control group.3 Evaluation curative effect: the change of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine; the changes of angina pectoris and improved; the change of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram; the changes of SOD, MDA content; collected before treatment and after treatment in patients with complete treatment of the data and statistical analysis and draw the conclusion.4 Statistics: all data using SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis. Results:1 three groups of patients were compared before and after treatment of angina pectoris in the treatment of two courses: Two Courses of treatment ended, catgut embedding therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group total effectiveness 97.5%, western medicine group total effectiveness 77.5%, Chinese traditional medicine group total effectiveness 80%, the rank and inspection of Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, catgut embedding therapy of angina pectoris curative effect comparison traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group and catgut embedding therapy of angina pectoris curative effect comparison, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); and the western medicine group and Chinese medicine group of angina pectoris curative effect comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2 patients in the three groups of TCM syndrome curative effect before and after the two course of treatment: two course of treatment. After treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, catgut embedding group total effectiveness 97.5%, western medicine group total effectiveness 80%, Chinese traditional medicine group total effectiveness 82.5%, the rank and inspection analysis, comparison of embedding Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group compared with TCM syndromes effect of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group and catgut embedding group and the TCM syndrome curative effect, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); comparison of efficacy of TCM syndrome in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3 three groups of patients before and after treatment of two courses and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results: 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram indicators were compared between the three groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). SOD levels after treatment in three groups all showed a rising trend, but the catgut embedding therapy in Chinese medicine group increased significantly, and the level of constant, SOD level of embedding Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group, catgut implantation at the SOD level, statistical significant differences(P<0.01). And the western medicine group and Chinese medicine group SOD level were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); the levels of MDA after treatment in the three groups were decreased, but the catgut embedding therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group decreased significantly, and will reach a constant level, MDA level embedding Chinese Medicine group and Western medicine group and catgut embedding therapy of traditional Chinese medicine the level of MDA group and Chinese medicine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01); and the western medicine group and Chinese medicine group MDA level comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion:Compared with western medicine or Chinese medicine treatment can simply use the patients were significantly improved in patients with stable angina pectoris of angina pectoris syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine subject Neiguan acupuncture point catgut embedding combined with nourishing Xiaobi decoction can significantly improve the treatment; stable angina pectoris patients erythrocyte SOD activity and reduce the production of MDA by combination of acupuncture and medicine, to improve the body’s antioxidant level, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events; no serious adverse reaction occurred in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in acupuncture Neiguan acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with nourishing Xiaobi decoction, good safety. |
