Effect Of Acupoint Application Of Chinese Medicine In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris (Cold Syndrome)

Objective:This test by observing Chinese medicine sticking acupoint sticking therapy for coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris(haemorrheological nature heart arteries and veins)of treatment,to explore the curative effect of this method for stable angina and its mechanism of action.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of stable angina(chest pain syndrome-cold heart vessel syndrome)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,there were 30 patients in each group,and the control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of the control group,Observation index:the scores of TCM syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms,ECG changes and the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal were recorded before treatment and after two weeks.Results:1.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integration effect comparison,the treatment group effective rate was 90%,the control group was 63.33%,P<0.05,there was significant difference,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of angina symptoms comparison,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,there is obvious difference.3.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the ECG before and after treatment,P>0.05.4.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate comparison,the treatment group nitroglycerin reduction rate of 83.33%,the control group was 60%,P<0.05,there is obvious difference.Conclusions:1.Acupoint sticking of Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with stable angina pectoris(cold coagulation,heart pulse syndrome).2.Acupoint sticking of Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris.3.Chinese herbal point application can increase the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal in patients with stable angina pectoris.
