Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Needle Embedding Combined Basic Therapy In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective : This study was conducted to prove the effectiveness for Stable angina pectoris treating with needleembedding therapy,through observing the change to patients between needle-embedding combined with basic treatment and simple basic therapy,in which clinical symptoms ?electrocardiogram and SAQ scores on patients.It could provide fresh ideas for clinical treatment of Stable angina pectoris.Methods:76 patients diagnosed with Stable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to the needle-embedding group and the simple basic therapy group,in which there were both 38 patients.The needle-embedding group used needle-embedding combined with basic treatment for three times a week,working on Neiguan(double)?Zusanli(double)and Guanyuan.The simple basic therapy group used simple basic therapy and both group were cured for a course of treatment about 4weeks.The patients should immediately sublingual nitroglycerin to make the symptoms disappear when the pain attacked.And after a course of treatment,we could take efficacy comparison observation and result analysis between two groups.1.Clinical effects:Among the 38 patients in needleembedding group,9 cases were highly effective,25 cases were marginally effective and 4 cases were not effective,the overall effective rate was 89.48%.Among the 38 patients in simple basic therapy group,3 cases were highly effective,24 cases were marginally effective and 11 cases were not effective,the overall effective rate was 71.05%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Electrocardiogram effects:Among the 38 patients in needle-embedding group,7 cases were highly effective,25 cases were marginally effective and 6 cases were not effective,the overall effective rate was 84.21%.Among the 38 patients in simple basic therapy group,2 cases were highly effective,22 cases were marginally effective and 14 cases were not effective,the overall effective rate was 63.16%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The scores of SAQ:After the treatment,the score of the physical limitation?the anginal stability and the anginal frequency in needle-embedding group all rased up by 0.7%?34.5%?16.9%(t=1.623,P<0.01;t=3.867,P<0.01;t=1.958,P<0.05).But the score differences between the treatment satisfaction and the disease perception were were not statistically significant(t=4.972,P>0.05;t=0.999,P>0.05).The score differences between the physical limitation?the treatment satisfaction?the anginal stability?the disease perception and the anginal frequency were were not Results: statistically significant in simple basic therapy group(t=1.726,P>0.05;t=1.594,P>0.05;t=4.385,P>0.05,t=0.999,P>0.05),but the score of the anginal stability rased up by 4.9%(t=1.780,P<0.05).4.Safety evaluation:There was no one stopped therapy because of acupuncture pain and had not found adverse reaction such as skin allergy?infection and syncope.Conclusion:Simple basic therapy were effective to a certain extent in treating Stable angina pectoris,but combined with needle-embedding on this basis was better,which could improve the patients' clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram.According to the SAQ in pretherapy and post-treatment,simple basic therapy could only improve the patients' anginal stability,while combined with needle-embedding on this basis could make improvement in more ways which contained the physical limitation?the anginal stability and the anginal frequency.Therefore,we should use needle-embedding combined with simple basic therapy to treat Stable angina pectoris and it should be recommended for a wider use.
