| Background: With the development of social economy and the standards of living,people in the aspects such as study, employment and work also increase the pressure of competition, coupled with the increasing of self expectation and reality social gap,stress followed.Disease,people mostly focus on the body itself to human because it can signal that pain,discomfort, and mental illness is often neglected because of the lack of obvious positive signs.Data show that the serious harm to people’s physical and mental health of the prevalence of mental illness such as depression,anxiety,increased year by year,highincome countries is about 2 times of low-income countries. Insomnia is the common characteristics in patients of anxiety disorder,it can significantly affect the day work,lead to a decline in patients with learning and memory ability and greatly reduce the standards of living and working.Therefore,predominant of insomnia to anxiety,have receiced more international attention.Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety disorders,making more mild,woke slowly,less bad effect;Western medicine in the treatment of anxiety disorders mostly used drug methods with psychological methods,although work fast, strong function,but not for a long time,bad effect is significant.According to that,many scholars focus on the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine therapy,also apply to the clinical that have a good effect.Objective: Through clinical case-control observation,this study discusses Suanzaoren decoction with Deanxit on the cure for liver anaemia empty the insomnia of the effect of the treatment of generalized anxiety.Method: According to the western medicine diagnostic standard, TCM diagnosis standard and TCM syndrome classification standards,select in October 2013 and August 2013- the first hospital in wuhan city nerve internal medicine outpatient and the inpatient cases included in the standard generalized anxiety of 40 patients with insomnia,17 cases of male,female 23 cases,used the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given fluorine pp thiamethoxam tons of beauty Qu Xin piece(trade name: Deanxit Danish spirit north pharmaceutical),medication method: 1 time/day,10 mg/time,morning,noon.And the treatment group on the basis of the original with zizyphus jujube benevolence tonga subtraction treatment,basic square:zizyphus jujube kernel(Fried) 30 g,15g,poria cocos,rhizoma anemarrhenae 9g,rhizoma ligustici wallichii 9g,licorice root 6g,along with the card to add and subtract:if with dizziness,face red eye red for liver and kidney Yin deficiency,liver Yang syndrone,gastrodia elata, uncaria 10 g each,to benefit hepatorenal,ziyin latent Yang;Ifthe partner which feature,bosom frowsty,mouth is bitter bile stomach,spit fire,plus rhizoma coptidis pinellia 9g,6g method, with clear heat phlegm,nerves except vexed;If those with distracted,upset and cassia twig,keel 9g,6g oyster 9g,as of nerves;If trouble falling asleep,five upset fever and Rhizoma coptidis 9g with traffic heart kidney.Daily 1 agent,till 400 ml water,points and two in the morning and evening temperature.Two groups of patients were continuously 3 period of treatment,drug treatment of each treatment for 3 weeks,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) evaluation and self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI) score, wakefulness,improve symptoms of syndromes curative effect evaluation and safety evaluation,and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Suanzaoren decoction with Deanxit on the cure for generalized anxiety insomnia in TCM clinical total effective rate was 95%,while the control group d force new total effective rate was 55%,the treatment group in the treatment of generalized anxiety,insomnia,curative effect is distinct,the curative effect is superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)the HAMA,SAS score comparison before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group all can improve the clinical symptoms of anxiety of generalized anxiety,while scores between the two groups after treatment in patients with less(P>0.05),suggesting two methods to improve the symptoms of anxiety,there is no difference,not statistically significant.(3)the treatment group compared with control group PSQI score before and after thetreatment(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group all can improve the clinical symptoms of insomnia,but a more significant effect of treatment group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(4)the safety evaluation,two groups of patients both before and after therapy,there was no obvious adverse reaction,safe and reliable.Conclusions: Suanzaoren decoction with Deanxit on the cure to insomnia is safe and effective for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,it can obviously improve the patient’s sleep and anxiety symptoms,reduce the patient’s clinical symptoms, help patients to get rid of insomnia,pain,improve the patient’s quality of daily life and work,high security,is worth popularization and application in clinic. |
