Clinical Study Of Yiqi Congming Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Type Hypertension

Objective : Smart observation of Yiqi decoction for clinical effect of treating turbid-phlegm type hypertension due to Qi deficiency and discussion on its mechanism.Research methods:Turbid-phlegm type hypertension patients with deficiency of 60 cases by random number table into the treatment group and the control group. Really within the control group of 30 patients were given treatment, treatment of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of smart combined with Yiqi decoction in treating, for a 4-week course of treatment, observation of a course of treatment.Observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure and TCM syndrome score difference.The results of the study:Two groups of medicines can obviously reduce the blood pressure(P<0.01), group voltage dropping resistor curative effect comparison not obvious difference(P>0.05).Clinical symptoms can definitely improve the treatment of patients after treatment, two groups of TCM symptom scores were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:Smart Yiqi decoction combined with conventional Western medicine to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with turbid-phlegm type hypertension due to Qi deficiency and can control their blood pressure well and smoothly. Is effective for treating turbid-phlegm type hypertension due to Qi deficiency.
