The Clinical Observation Of "Yan Shi Yiqi Clearing Decoction" In Treating H-Type Hypertension

Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of YANQI clever decoction on blood pressure,homocysteine and TCM syndromes in elderly patients with type "H" hypertension(Qi deficiency phlegm dampness type).Methods:Fifty patients with Hypertension diagnosed by Western medicine and TCM with syndrome differentiation of deficiency of phlegm and dampness were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,25 cases each.Both groups took enalapril maleate Leucovorin tablets and mecobalamin tablets treatment,the treatment group plus service Yan Qi Qi Decoction,the course of treatment for 4 weeks,respectively,two groups of patients with plasma Hcy,blood pressure and TCM syndrome were observed and compared to observe the Yan Qi Clever decoction on elderly H-type hypertension syndrome differentiation of phlegm dampness Sheng type clinical efficacy,to explore the mechanism of antihypertensive and assess its safety.Result:There was no significant difference in age,duration of disease,grade of hypertension,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the two groups in the elderly with Hypertension(P> 0.05).After treatment,the results showed that the treatment group and control group,the treatment group decreased blood pressure(daily systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,24 h average systolic blood pressure,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure)were better than the control group,the group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromesin the treatment group was 86.96%;in the control group,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 54.2% in 24 cases,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group TCM syndrome score,the treatment group syndrome score is better than the control group(P <0.05).Regarding serum homocysteine,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of Western medicine treatment of Hypertension,Yan's Yiqi Cleansing Decoction can significantly reduce the patients systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients without significant adverse reactions,reliable,and improve the lives of patients quality.
