Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huazhuo Decoction Combined With Panorosetron In Prevention And Treatment Of Qi-deficiency And Vomiting Caused By TP Chemotherapy

Objective: Through the use of randomized controlled clinical trial,observing the effect of Yiqi Huazhuo decoction combined with palonosetron preventing TP chemotherapy induced by qi deficiency with phlegm vomiting.For the prevention of chemotherapy medicine to reduce the incidence of vomiting,vomiting provide effective prescription.Methods: Select 60 patiernts with III staging and IV staging malignant tumor,chemotherapy need for TP chemotherapy regimen(paclitaxel +cisplatin),Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group with half an hour before the chemotherapy intramuscular injection of Onicit.On the basis of the control group,In the 3 days before chemotherapy,oral Yiqi Huazhuo decoction to complete the treatment.Continuous observation of two cycles chemotherapy.Comparing the two groups the incidence of vomiting,appetite,body weight,bone marrow suppression,KPS score,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions and other indicators The data were analyzed by SPSS 19 statistical software package.Result:(1)in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting were compared,the treatment group is better than the control group,p=0.018 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and with prolonged treatment,the curative effect is more obvious,p=0.001 < 0.01,there was significant differences between the groups.(2)the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the loss of appetite after chemotherapy,p=0.0361 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)in reducing the weight loss after chemotherapy,the treatment group was better than the control group,p=0.046 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)the treatment group can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,the curative effect was better than the control group,p=0.043 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)the treatment group compared with the control group after chemotherapy can significantly reduce the KPS score decreased,p=0.002 < 0.01,there was significant difference.(6)the treatment group can significantly reduce the TCM symptom score of patients after chemotherapy,p=0.003 < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(7)Observing the adverse reaction and safety index,The control group 7 showed mild constipation,treatment group 3 showed mild constipation,oral laxative tea were relieved after.More than no other adverse reaction.Two groups of safety index compared with no obvious abnormal.Conclusion: Yiqi Huazhuo decoction combined with Onicit can significantly reduce chemotherapy vomiting blong to Turbid phlegm due to Qi deficiency,can improve the patient appetite,reduce weight loss,reduce bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,can improve the KPS score,improve the survival quality of patients;and without obvious adverse reaction.Provide valuable information for clinical prevention of chemotherapy vomiting.
