Related Risk Factors Of Cervical Diseases And HPV Infection Epidemiological Investigation In Some Parts Of Zhangjiakou Region

Cervical cancer occurrence and development needs a long evolutionary process, therefore,prevention of cervical lesion screening work is particularly important. In recent years, had the new breakthrough in cervical cancer etiology research studies have shown that type of high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV) infection is necessary for cervical cancer occurrence. At present, the main screening method of cervical cancer is the cytology and HR HPV detection. Although HR- HPV infection is the necessary condition of cervical cancer occur but not a sufficient condition, persistent infection of HPV must be in the role of other factors may increase the risk of cervical cancer together accompany can eventually lead to the cervical lesions. This topic through the region of asymptomatic women with cytology and HR HPV double detection, and carry on the questionnaire, the comprehensive test results and the questionnaire information, statistical analysis, obtained the cervical lesions and incidence of HPV infection and its related risk factors, it is concluded that the pathogenesis of cervical cancer epidemiological characteristics of the region.This study in December 2012, in October 2013 by the method of random sampling to zhangjiakou bashang(kangbao county) and baxia(xuanhua county) region with the regional characteristics 2155 married women with no symptoms of TCT and Cervista HPV HR testing technique for testing,and questionnaire investigation. Multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, first time sex age less than 20 years, number of abortion more than 1time, cervicitis previous medical history,touch the cervical blood and erosion of cervix were risk factors of the cervical disease. Cleaning habits before and after sexual life was a protective factor of the occurrence of the cervical disease.Multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, first time sex age less than 20 years and number of abortion more than 1 time were risk factors of the cervical disease. Condoms in contraception and cleaning habits before and after sexual life were protective factors of the occurrence of the HPV infection.Above all, TCT joint Cervista HPV HR technology can be used as a routine method of effective early cervical cancer screening. Due to HR-HPV A9 group with high pathogenicity, A9 group HR, the HPV infection strengthen screening. The peak age of cervical cancer incidence in this region is 51 years old this one age paragraph. Important risk factors of cervical lesions in this region is smoking, the first sex age 20, number of abortion more than 1 time, knew cleans vulva, past history of cervicitis,cervical erosion and cervical touch blood; and knew successively for cleaning vulva is the protection factor in cervical lesions.
