Clinical Study On Intrahepatic Cholestasis Of Pregnancy By Kidney-tonifying And Clearing Joint UDCA Therapy

Objective:Through clinical research and analysis, to explore the effect of kidney-tonifying and clearing method combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety of intrahepatic cholestasis syndrome of pregnancy, in order to improve the compliance and solve the complications of pregnancy-pregnancy cholestasis syndrome and provide theoretical and clinical basis.Methods:The research contains two parts:theoretic research and clinical research. Theoretic research:by checking the ancient modern literature, to analysis the pathogenesis and treatment method of cholestasis of pregnancy from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. Clinical research:select eligible pregnancy cholestasis syndrome 60 pregnant women, divided into two groups randomly:the test group (Ⅰ group),30 cases, Bushen Qingli decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA);control group (Ⅱgroup),30 cases, single use of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). The two groups were in 7d for a course of treatment, continuous use of 2 period of treatment, compared two groups of clinical efficacy and safety. This study measured data using analysis of variance and t test; count data using X2 test.The test level is α=0.05. Experimental indexes were detected in liver bile acid, liver function before and after the treatment; the observation of clinical symptoms and signs. To improve the situation of each project comparison before and after treatment in patients with.Results:The test group was the total efficiency of 93.3%, but the total efficiency of 73.3% in the control group, two group differences (P<0.05).The experimental group was 93.3% of two of treatment, the effective rate of one period of treatment was 76.7%, there were significant differences.The experimental group had effectively improved the symptoms of itching and insomnia, decreased the total bile acid (TBA), and glycocholic acid (CG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), fetal distress, premature delivery, meconium and decreased incidence of neonatal asphyxia, birth rates increased, but S/D, Manning scores and improve the symptoms of jaundice, no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05)Conclusion:kidney-tonifying and clearing method combined with UDCA in the treatment of ICP, is in the womb, foundation, improve the symptoms, the curative effect is remarkable, especially in lower TBA, CG, AST indexes,and no toxic side effect,and effectively reduce the complications.
