BackgroundNursing is profession for caring; Care is the core concept and the central task of nursing. With the transformation of medical model, the development of general nursing and constantly improve people’s health consciousness, it makes the high quality nursing service and personalized direction. In the increasingly fierce competition of medical market, the degree of attention of humanistic nursing care services as a means of competition of the obtained is rising. It causes us to change service concept and explore new methods of nursing care and provide greater competitive advantage for our hospital. However, as the changes of The Times, the rise of utilitarianism, the traditional "with nursing care as the core" standards of medical tilt happens, the lack of humanistic care nursing service, it results in the decrease of inpatients satisfaction, and even causes dispute of nurses and patients. Foreign clinical nursing practice based on patients as the center of care model, results of the study are relatively mature. The domestic research is mainly from the field of nursing patients with nursing behavior of humanistic care evaluation in hospital. At present our country nurse’s caring ability is low, care consciousness; humanistic nursing behaviors of nurses are lack. This research is based on the integrity of the people, enhancing nurses caring nursing service concept, the construction of nursing care service flow and carrying on the positive research is in order to improve nurses’ caring nursing service ability, the level of knowledge, nursing quality and patient satisfaction.ObjectiveThis research through the study of the humanities knowledge of nursing staff and nursing etiquette training, as well as the construction of humanistic care nursing service process and implementation, it improves the nurses ability of humanistic care and knowledge level and standardizes the humanistic care of nursing service and is designed to improve the satisfaction of inpatients.Methods1. The object of study By convenient sampling, the choice of the Department of neurosurgery in our hospital,465 patients met the inclusion criteria of hospitalized patients as the research object, without the implementation of humanistic nursing care services of 222 cases as control group, the implementation of humanistic nursing service of 243 cases as experimental group.2. The knowledge of humanism care and humanistic care nursing etiquette training As Watson’s "care theory", the "Regulations", "nurse" code of nurses, humanistic nursing service process and the quality of nursing service related documents, Humanistic nursing etiquette knowledge were the main content of the training and train the humanistic care knowledge and skills for nurses. Head nurses and Nursing Department of vocational experts will train humanistic care knowledge and operation manners for nurses in 14 lessons. Full-time PR etiquette training institutions personnel will train Language and etiquette for nurses in 13 lessons.3. Construction of humanistic nursing service process humanistic care in nursing Care of nursing service process content is the foundation in the "Care of nursing science" and refers to the relevant literature. The main contents include:general patients and acute critically ill patients admitted to hospital service process, the nursing service process of before and after operation, technical operation service process, etc. According to the programmed process, we organize the nursing expert to review in our hospital.4. Implementation and supervision In the implementation process, it requires nurses to do the nursing service in strict accordance with the humanistic nursing service process and the leader and the head nurse to do well in supervision work.5. The observation index(1) The self-designed questionnaire of nursing service satisfaction in hospitalized patients Through the literature research to master both at home and abroad to build the content of the humanistic care nursing service, in-depth interviews of the hospitalized patients, families and nurses and Preliminary formation of hospitalized patients with initial entry nursing service satisfaction.The questionnaire which is through two rounds of consultation of Nursing experts and the small sample survey is to the form 26 item questionnaire. The questionnaire included three parts:general situation, nursing services and open questions. Cronbach’s alpha is 0.78, all CVI were greater than 0.81.(2) The questionnaire of Caring Behaviors The questionnaire is reference to Jean Watson design, which has combined with China’s national conditions and the difference of words to made a few modifications and form a total of 22 projects. Using the Likert 5 score method, the total score is 22 to 110 points; the higher score represented the higher of the nurse’s caring ability. Statistical results showed that Cronbach’s alpha of the questionnaire was 0.831, reliability is 0.86.6. The statistical method The database was set up by SPSS 14.0, descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, multivariate stepwise regression analysis, correlation analysis and other methods were used to analyze the data. Results1. The general information of two groups of patients The inclusion criteria of the 465 inpatients were investigated, including 222 cases in the control group,220 cases of valid questionnaires, effective recovery rate of 99.09%; 243 cases in the experimental group, recycling effective questionnaire 240 cases, the effective recovery rate of 98.76%. No statistically significant difference in gender, age, culture degree, occupation of the patients in the two groups, P> 0.05.2. Hospitalized patients satisfaction to all dimensions of nursing survey After a questionnaire of hospitalized patients discharged or on the day the day before, the experimental group patients’ satisfaction which compared with controls were increased significantly, the difference is statistically significant, P< 0.05.3. Two groups of patients with different categories of caring behavior assessment Comparison of caring behavior scores of two groups of patients with different gender, marital status, ages, culture levels and occupations, the differences are all statistically significant, P< 0.05.4. Two groups of patients compare nursing service satisfaction to nursing care behavior The nursing service satisfaction of patients in the experimental group compared to the control group, the difference is statistically significant t=47.19, P< 0.05, the evaluation of caring behavior of patients in the experimental group compared to the control group. The difference is statistically significant, t=28.17, P< 0.05.5. The correlation analysis of nursing care behavior and patient satisfaction. Hospitalized patients on nursing service satisfaction score is 83.76±2.39 points in the experimental group, caring behavior assessment score is 83.74±5.62 points, Pearson correlation analysis between the two, the results showed that inpatients care of nursing service satisfaction and behavior evaluation index were positively correlated. R = 0.14, P< 0.05.6. Patient satisfaction with the regression analysis of nursing care behavior On May affect patients in hospital satisfaction items using logistic regression analysis, with alpha = 0.05 level reserves the variables in the regression model are:(1) the safety and the environment; (2) nursing care accessibility; (3) service attitude and technology; (4) physical comfort; (5) health education; (6). Communication and emotional support; (7) All landowners discharge and referral. The OR values were 1.15,1.72,2.56,1.66,1.30,1.82 and 1.36. P< 0.05, It has statistical significance. The nurse’s humanistic nursing service behavior is closely related with the hospitalized patients’satisfaction.ConclusionHumanities knowledge and nursing etiquette training promote evaluation of inpatients to nursing care behavior; Humanistic care nursing service process of the implementation regulates the humanistic care nursing service behavior of nursing staff; Humanistic care nursing service improves the satisfaction of inpatients.
