This research adopts the general questionnaire, Hamilton Depressoin Scale(HAMD), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERS), Mental Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) as a research tool, to analyze the relationship between the difference between the depression patients and healthy people in emotional adjustment, coping style and mental resilience and depression severity and emotional adjustment, coping methods and resilience. All data used SPSS software for data processing.Results1.Comparison between the two groups in the emotional adjustment, coping style and mental flexibility There was a significant depression group and the healthy group differences are emotions:happiness factor (t=-3.964, P= 0.000), the interest factor (t=-3.084, P= 0.002). Two group of negative emotions angry factor (t=0.442, P= 0.659), aversion factor (t=-1.029, P= 0.305) showed no statistical significance, sad factor (t= 4.082,P=0.000) and fear factor (t=2.870,P= 0.005) there were significant differences. Two groups of subjects positive and negative emotions using frequency of 4 types of regulation seriously, ignore, suppression and venting on the comparison shows, two groups in positive emotion attention (t=-7.095, P= 0.000), inhibited (t=2.839, P= 0.005) and drain (/=-5.310, P= 0.000) have significant differences, no significant differences in the neglect of control modes (t= 0.560, P= 0.576). In the negative emotion regulation, neglect (t=-3.239, P= 0.001), attention (t= 5.194, P= 0.000) and inhibitory (t= 2.478, P= 0.014) there were significant differences, no significant difference of catharsis (t= 1.947, P= 0.053). In the two group in the coping style, positive coping (t=-9.054, P= 0.000) and negative coping (t= 3.568, P= 0.000) there were significant differences. On two groups of subjects resilience of the comparative study, two groups of subjects are significant in tenacity, optimism, strength and resilience score difference (P< 0.001).2.Correlation analysis of the severity of depression and emotional adjustment, coping style and mental flexibility The severity of depression and happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, interest, fear factor were negatively correlated, except with the interest factor (r=-0.280, P= 0.007) and anger factor (r=-0.209, PM).O48) there was significant correlation, the other were not significantly correlated with positive and negative emotions; 4 adjust the way of correlation analysis, the severity of depression and positive emotional attention (r=-0.236, P=0.025) significantly negative correlation, neglect and negative emotion regulation (r=-0.297, P=0.005) showed a significant negative correlation, the other were not significantly related. The severity of depression was significantly negatively correlated with positive coping (r=-0.577, P=0.000), were positively correlated with negative coping, but not significantly correlated (r= 0.082, P= 0.440). The severity of depression and strength factor (r=-0.505, P= 0.000), positive factor (r=-0.455, P= 0.000), hardiness factor (r=-0.544, P= 0.000) and the elastic score (r=-0.561, P= 0.000) showed a significant negative correlation.3. The related factors of depression severity of stepwise regression analysis The regression analysis showed, positive coping (β=-0.537, P= 0.000) and positive (β=-0.269, P= 0.002) to predict a negative effect on the severity of depression, negative coping (β= 0.194, P= 0.023) to predict a positive role.Conclusions1.Patients with depression tend to use negative coping style in response to life events, in the face of adversity stress and mental flexibility is poorer, emotion regulation has more inhibition of positive emotions, less venting, with more attention on negative emotion, less ignored more easily immersed in a bad mood, depressive symptoms.2.The high resilience and adopt more positive coping style of patients with depression is mild, take ignored regulation on negative emotion to positive emotions less, less pay more attention to patients with depression degree of regulation is heavy.
