| Objective: To observe the clinical observation of qishengyiqi dropping pills on chronic heart failure with malnutrition.Methods: Research from December 2018 to December 2019 to the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university hospital clinic patients with chronic heart failure(heart function ?-?)choose 60 cases.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by double blind grouping,both groups were 30 cases.Control group: conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group: on the basis of western medicine treatment with qishen yiqi dropping pills(national drug approval Z20030139,tianshili pharmaceutical group co.,LTD.).The total treatment course is 3months.Two groups before treatment,after treatment,and Minnesota heart failure in the quality of life questionnaire,the BNP,NYHA heart function classification and heart colour to exceed,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),their subjective overall rating scale,the nutritional status of TCM syndrome integral table,their subjective overall rating scale,nutritional status and the determination of serum albumin,prealbumin,biochemical indexes such as hemoglobin.All observed data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.Before treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the following data of the two groups:(1)baseline data(gender,age,disease course,weight,BMI);(2)cardiac function grade BNP;(3)TCM syndrome score,patients' subjective overall nutritional status score;(4)relevant biochemical indicators: blood albumin,pre-albumin,hemoglobin,etc.were compared,the results showed that the above data were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,comparison of curative effect after treatment: the total effective rate was 90%,7% higher than the control group,and the P value was 04(P < 0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the control group was(44.8±6.2),the left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was(39.4±5.5),and the P value between the test groups was 0.01(P < 0.05),indicating statistically significant differences.(2)NYHA cardiac function level before and after treatment in the two groups: although the effective rate in both groups was 90%,there were 7 more effective patients in the treatment group than in the control group,and the P value was 0.033(P < 0.05),indicating that the difference in efficacy of cardiac function level between the two groups was significant.(3)color doppler echocardiography(left ventricular ejection fraction)after treatment:the left ventricular ejection fraction of the control group was(56.2±5.56)%,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group was(62.67±4.68)%,and the P value between the test groups was 0(P < 0.05),suggesting that the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was also statistically significant.(4)BNP after treatment: the BNP value in the control group was(458.03±258.56)ng/ml,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was(399±137.92)ng/ml,and the P value between the test groups was 0(P < 0.05),indicating that the difference was statistically significant after treatment.(5)biochemical indicators of nutritional correlation: serum albumin was(40.23±1.76)g/L,serum albumin in the treatment group was(43.2±1.61)g/L,and the P value between the test groups was 0(P < 0.05).Hemoglobin was(102.37±12.57)g/L,and that of the treatment group was(116.87±13.48)g/L,and the P value between the test groups was 0(P < 0.05).The pre-albumin was(184.53±47.79)g/L,and the pre-albumin was(207.97±36.35)g/L in the treatment group,and the P value between the test groups was0(P < 0.05).After treatment,the pg-sga patients in the control group were 5 patients with nutritional improvement before treatment,and the patients in the treatment group were 9 patients.The P value between the test groups was 0(P < 0.05),indicating statistical significance.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,qishen yiqi dropping pills can obviously improve the cardiac function and malnutrition of patients with chronic heart failure. |
