With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous progress of the society, the expansion of colleges and universities is inevitable, among which the expansion of medical colleges and universities is the most obvious.More and more students are engaged in medical majors, and the employment situation of medical students is more and more serious. In addition, the state has increasingly strict control over this aspect, and has fully launched standardized training for resident physicians.Until 2020,medical graduates in various regions and universities across the country are required to receive standardized training for resident physicians, which further increases the employment difficulty for medical students. This paper aims to discuss the influence of the regulation and training system on the employment of clinical medicine undergraduates in a deeper level by taking the employment data of a medical school and the graduation orientation of current medical students as an example.Based on the public policy theory, human capital theory, the theory of rational choice theory as the foundation of research, analysis of the school calendar year employment data,as well as to the school of clinical medicine majors in questionnaire survey, through the analysis of the data the conclusion and the tendency, found that some of the problems appeared in the process of system implementation, and the cause of these problems. Finally, this paper discusses the policies, universities, students and other aspects in-depth,in order to discuss the improvement Suggestions of these policies, give full play to the positive role of regulation and training system in guiding employment, and alleviate the employment difficulties of medical students and the shortage of talents in grassroots medical units. The empirical study shows that the implementation of the regulation and training policy has a certain negative impact on employment in a short period of time.A considerable number of students directly choose to find employment across different majors under the pressure of employment, resulting in a certain phenomenon of medical brain drain and waste of valuable medical education resources. From the results of the questionnaire,it can be seen that clinical medical undergraduates have limited understanding of the regulation system, which will have a huge negative impact on their employment and career planning. The regulation and training system has changed the graduation flow of clinical medicine undergraduates, making many clinical medicine undergraduates lower their expectation to work in primary medical units. The regulation system has affected the direction of clinical medicine undergraduates to take the postgraduate entrance examination.Clinical medicine undergraduates weigh the advantages and disadvantages and no longer want to take the academic postgraduate entrance examination, but choose the professional postgraduate entrance examination instead.Time and treatment are the biggest concerns of clinical medical undergraduates. At the end of this paper, specific Suggestions are put forward from the government and universities in view of these problems.First, the regulation and training system should be further improved to improve the treatment of students.Specific is to establish a national unified management system and platform, supporting the formulation of unified standards;Improve the connection between medical degree graduate students and the standard training, and reduce students' concerns about the learning time and educational disadvantage;Through a variety of ways,multi-pronged efforts to increase security.Second,to provide security for re-employment after the regulation and promote grassroots employment.Relevant government departments should play the role of regulation, strengthen intervention, and provide more preferential policies for grassroots employment students;Let some planning bases establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with the basic hospitals in the region, and work directly in the basic hospitals after the planning and training.Grassroots medical and health institutions actively take appropriate measures to enhance their overall attraction to medical talents.Third, medical colleges should actively reform policies and guide students correctly. The school should strengthen the publicity so that medical students can have a more comprehensive and long-term understanding of the regulatory system.Medical students are encouraged to lower their work expectations,"get employed first and choose a job later",and actively go to primary medical units for employment. At the same time, guide students to take the postgraduate entrance examination rationally.
