The t-test was used to comparemeasurement data, and to compare enumeration data use the chi-square test or Fisher’s exacttest.Analysis on knowledge, attitude and practice of cardiovascular risk factors on metabolicsyndrome patients, and compare differences between high school below group and collegegroup, between below60years old group and beyond60years old group, and between the citygroup and the rural group.Results:1. The knowledge of metabolic syndrome prevention and treatmentThe scores and the pass rates of metabolic syndrome prevention and treatment basicsknowledge are all high school below group is lower than college group,beyond60years old group is lower than below60years old group, and the rural group is lower than the citygroup. The pass rates of high school below group, beyond60years old group and the ruralgroup are all less than60%.The content of pass rates that less than50%include as follows:theblood pressure control targets of diabetes and cardiovascular disease patients, the quantitycontrol of daily salt of hypertension and patients with cardio-cerebral vascular disease, thedaily amount of cholesterol control of hypercholesterolemia patients, the food containing trans-fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acid of marine fish is good for the prevention ofdyslipidemia, even passive smoking for short time is harmful to health, cigarettes with low tarscan not reduce the harm to health, diabetes mellitus patients drink on an empty stomach willlower blood sugar, the waist size values of abdominal obesity of China’s judgement, peoplewith abdominal obesity is susceptible to cardiovascular disease. The cognition about risk factors of Senile Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease ishigh,and10%of patients do not know risk factors of Senile Cardiovascular andCerebrovascular Disease completely. The cognitive rate about overweight or obesity can lead to stroke is60%.The cognitive rate about increasing the intake of potassium salt is helpful for the controlof hypertension is only27.2%.The cognitive rate about measures to control Dyslipidemia is more than80%.The cognitive rates about smoking can lead to malignant tumor and stroke are all lessthan60%.2. The dietary and lifestyle behavior of metabolic syndrome prevention andtreatmentAll of respondents used drugs to control metabolic disorder,and80%of them useddietary control measure, and patients increased activity are less than50%.For80%respondents the consumption of livestock meat is more than poultry, fish andshrimp. The daily salt intake of62%respondents is more than6gram.56%respondents ofteneat pickled vegetables and salted food. The metabolic syndrome patients who are currently smoking and drinking liquor arerespectively29.5%and18.1%,in the current smokers, the proportions of the high schoolbelow group, the rural group and below60years old group are higher.3. The attitude of metabolic syndrome prevention and treatment related healthydiet and lifestyleMetabolic syndrome patients have an active attitude to take the healthy diet, but current smokers intend to give up smoking and patients who are currently drinking liquor intend togive up drinking all occupy about60%.For some healthy diet and lifestyle behavior attitude, the college group, the city groupand below60years old group are more active.Conclusion:1.Knowledge level of control of cardiovascular risk factors on metabolic syndromepatients is not high, especially in lower cultural degree group,beyond60years old group andthe rural group.2. The formation rate of control related healthy diet and lifestyle of cardiovascular riskfactors on metabolic syndrome patients is low.3. The attitude of metabolic syndrome patients to adopt healthy diet is active, but the willof current smokers intend to give up smoking and patients who are currently drinking liquorintend to give up drinking remain to be improved.4. Related knowledge level of control of cardiovascular risk factors on metabolicsyndrome patients need to be improved, and diet and lifestyle need to be corrected,we shouldpay attention to these. The focus of the health education objects should be lower culturaldegree group,beyond60years old group and the rural group.
