To conformed the solution focusedapproach is superior to the existing health guidance.MethodsUsing convenient method, according to the standard. Extract changchun hospitaltwo each team40patients with type2diabetes as the research objects, the one as theintervention group, another as the control group. In this research, due to some personalreasons, the one of the intervention group was outpatient, finally39were selected;Andthe Control group has one people lost, another one has discharged fromhospital,finally38were selected. This two groups both apply traditional education, onthe basis of it,the intervention group apply solution focused approach.Interventionprocess last from the patients admitted to hospital until2months end.Hospitalizationintervention is given in the endocrinologist special classrooms, the second is ward ofpatients.Intervention time25~30minutes every time,totally2~4times;Telephonefollow-up perform1times a week, about3~5minutes a time;Family followe-up every2weeks,about15~20minutes a time.Measuring tool for the general questionnaire, diabetes knowledge questionnaire, diabetes self-management scale, generalself-efficacy scale.Use Epidata3.1and Excel2007establish statisticaldatabases, finally SPSS21.0is used to analyze the data.General data and diabetesself-management scale were described by t test. Results1.In this study,40clients were selected,at the end of the intervention, theintervention group including39person, the other group including38person.After thecomparison, two groups had no significant difference on the general data(P>0.05).Indicates that two groups of patients with baseline data and it is comparable.2. After experiment, the intervention group of self-management ability score was22.62±1.29,the other group was18.91±0.83,their difference was significant(P<0.05).Before and after the test, through self compare, the intervention group ofself-management ability score was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before and afterthe test, the intervention group of self-management,having four projects, the differencehad significance (P <0.05).3.After the intervention,The intervention group of fundamental knowledgeevaluation score was15.08±1.35,the other group was11.53±1.33,and the resultdifference was very significant (P<0.05).Before and after the test, the interventiongroup of fundamental knowledge evaluation, score was significant (P<0.05).4.The two groups compare after the test, there was a big difference(P<0.05).The intervention group of self efficacy after experiment score was23.82±3.19,before experiment was17.77±1.74,the Score of intervention group wasobviously higher than control group, the results show that the difference hasstatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions1.Solution focused approach can enhance the level of the related knowledge ofpatients with type2diabetes.2.Solution focused approach can build the self-management ability of patientswith type2diabetes.3.Solution focused approach can improve the general self-efficacy of patientswith diabetes. which is helpful for the application of chronic diseases in communityhealth promotion.
