In recent years,with the steady improvement of people's health in our country,the public no longer only pays attention to their own health service needs,but also puts forward higher requirements for the overall grass-roots level of public health services,and it also triggers the growing public health in urban communities.service requirements.In the practice of serving the people in urban communities,by increasing the satisfaction of urban community public health services,it can accurately address the diverse health needs of community residents.How to make people in the community live healthier and improve the happiness of the people in the community for basic public health services is an important part of this paper.Through the research on the satisfaction evaluation of community residents,you can intuitively understand what are the defects of community public health services.Therefore,evaluation and research on the satisfaction of public health services in urban communities is a practical need,policy advocacy,and has important theories.With practical significance.Based on this,this paper introduces service quality theory and satisfaction theory into the research of urban community public health service satisfaction.Integrate theories of psychology,organizational behavior,public administration and other disciplines.Combined with the development and consumption characteristics of the medical and health industry,research results using the satisfaction index model.Using the literature research method,questionnaire method,empirical analysis method and software SPSS22.0,Amos24.0,etc.,the urban community public health service satisfaction evaluation research model is designed from the perspective of demand,which is constructed through a series of integrated analysis of service content It has a scientific,standardized and universal satisfaction evaluation system.Taking six urban community public health service supply units in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province as the research object,a case study was conducted.Through the satisfaction evaluation results,we can understand the satisfaction status of urban community public health service institutions and ways to improve satisfaction.Through research,it is found that: first,by analyzing the influence mechanism and action path of each influencing factor,it is found that perceived value,perceived quality,resident trust and social reputation are important influencing factors of urban community public health service satisfaction.Second,the main problems of public health service agencies in Xi'an urban communities are: deviations in the positioning of service functions,lag in the provision of personalized services,insufficient allocation of resources for public health services,the backwardness of information construction,and the lack of urban community health education.Finally,based on the above research content,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the satisfaction of urban community public health service institutions: clarify the function positioning of urban community public health services,provide personalized urban community public health services,promote the equalization of urban community public health service resources,Speed up the informatization of public health services in urban communities and strengthen the awareness of public health services in urban communities.
