OBJECTIVE:By observing "Bahe acupuncture" with conventional acupuncture method for the treatment of senile degenerative knee arthritis curative effects, using the knowledge of TCM pathology, especially through biomechanical and pathology of western medicine on the pathogenesis of the disease and pathological characteristics,"Bahe acupuncture" on the reliability of senile degenerative knee arthritis curative effect, thus apply for "Bahe acupuncture" promotion provide a clinical basis.METHODS:Would be in60patients with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, in accordance with the random number table method, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (Jia, Yi), each group20cases, treatment group given Xie Guorong chief physician summary form "Bahe acupuncture" therapy (plus TDP irradiation apparatus), contrast to first give routine acupuncture method (plus TDP irradiation apparatus) and control group Yi to give regular acupuncture with electric acupuncture (plus TDP irradiation apparatus), observe the clinical total effective rate of contrast three groups, by the method of Nimodipine, the symptoms and signs for classification of quantitative comparison of the disease.RESULTS:Before and after treatment of three groups of the signs and symptoms of hierarchical quantification of integral comparison:found in treatment group is better than the contrast in the two groups; Treatment group total effective rate was95%, compared the first division of the total effective rate was70%, control group b of the total effective rate was75%, three sets of data have significant difference (P<0.05), the clinical curative effect of treatment group is superior to the control of party Jia and Yi.CONCLUSION:"Bahe acupuncture" for the treatment of senile degenerative knee arthritis curative effect is reliable, no side effect, in the current medical environment, the tug-of-war stitch can meet the demand of the treatment of senile degenerative knee arthritis, is worth to clinical doctors, especially the application of Chinese medicine acupuncturist.
