Evaluation And On Rats With Anti-adhesion Mechanism Of Yiqi Huayu Fang Combined With Internal And External Detoxification Therapy SPID ASDP Effect

Objective: By clinical study, clinical effect on the YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction Comprehensive Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(the qi deficiency and blood stasis) was evaluated. Scientific basis was provided for clinical application. By animal experiment, to explore the mechanism of the treatment of YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction comprehensive treatment on the rats with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID),we aims to explore the mechanism of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction for CPID, so as to provide the theoretical basis for its wider clinical use in the future.Methods:1.ClinicalResearch:The subject used randomized test method,98cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis were divided into two groups randomly;treatment group with50cases that is YiQiHuaYu Recipe+JieDuHuaYu enema;while with control group had48cases that is Proprietary Chinese medicine FuKeQianJin Recipe.Observe clinical efficiency,Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, physical signs after the treatment.2.Animal Experiment: Female SD rats were used and the SPID model was established with mixed bacteria injection+mechanic injury.Rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,model group,YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction group,FuKeQianJin Recipe group.The histomorphological changes of the rats’behavioristics and uters were observed.The immunochemistry method was used to detect the expression on the pathologic uterus tissues of rats in each group, and examine the changing levels of the pelvic adhesion factor-IL-1β, tPA and PAI-1.Results:1.Clinical Research:Clinical observation result indicates that the overall response rate of Comprehensive therapeutic effect of YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction Comprehensive Treating and the FuKeQianJin Recipe was100%and85.42%, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect was100%and85.42%,and the overall response rate of the local signs of efficacy was100%and81.25%,two groups relatively have a significant difference (P<0.01).The Clinic Effect Evaluation of the YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction Comprehensive Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is of evidence.2. Animal Experiment: TpA level expression in rat models of rats significantly lower than the blank group, and PAI-1level significantly higher than the normal group rats. After treatment tpA expression levels were increased in both groups, while PAI-1expression levels were decreased, there is no statistical difference of tpA expression between two treatment group, but the expression of PAI-1in YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction group is significantly lower than the FuKeQianJin Recipe group and other control group.Conclusions: Clinical studies confirmed the effectiveness of the YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction in treating SPID, and should be well-used. Animal experiments proved the YiQiHuaYuJieDu Decoction has benign regulation on the antiblocking indicator of SPID rats,as well as coordinating fibrinolytic balance, removing injured tissue, to prevent and reduce the pelvic adhesions.
