Clinical Research On The Effect Of Yi Qi Huo Xue Hua Yu Decoction In The Myoma Of Uterus

Objective:This research is to studying the effect of Yiqihuoxue hysteromyoma clinical treatment for Uterine fibroids,and investigated mechanisms preliminarily to cure Uterine fibroids by Yiqihuoxue hysteromyoma.Methods:60 cases of the obstetrics and Gynecology department and the in-patient department from Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province gathered the Uterine fibroids which are Qi deficiency blood stagnation type to group into two randomly.30 cases as treatment group to take orally Huayu Recipe Yiqihuoxu\and 30 cases as control group to take orally gong liu ning capsule,by more than three months for a period of treatment.Gathering statistics with SPSS 13.0 statistical software to compare this symptom before and after treatment to via obstetrics and Gynecology examination,as well as the detection of B-comparison which to observe confirming the effect of blood Yiqihuoxue Clinical.In addition,analyzing the correlation between curative effect and factors of age,disease,fibroids type and size,grading of patient condition before and after treatment.Results:The clinical research showed that,for Yiqihuoxue hysteromyoma treatment group on Uterine fibroids,the total effective rate was 83%,and control group was 62%.This indicated the total effective rate of these two group were significantly difference which treatment group was better than control group.Comparing these two groups by traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,and control group was 70%. This represent the total effective rate of these two groups were significantly difference which treatment group was better than control group.However,there is no significantly difference between the comparison of chinese medicine symptom score and leiomyoma points.The fibroids volume of two groups of patients was no significantly difference before treatment.Comparing variation of the main symptom before and after treatment for this two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than control group in improving the mental weakness,deficiency of vital energy,Copious,abnormal menstruation,blood stagnation,menstruation with blood clots, abdominal symptoms,microgastrinae feels dropping,there was no significantly difference in improving symptoms of abdomen pain,irritation or dizziness.Comparing the uterine and fibroids size of two groups of patients before and after treatment,treatment group was significantly better than control group which represented treatment group indeed shrunk fibroids. Regarding E₂,P content before and after treatment,there was no significantly difference.And for blood rheology indicators,both RBC were increased obviously,and the remaining six indicators decreased which was significantly difference comparing before treatment.Conclusion:The YQHXHU can control or reduce the role of uterine fibroids,significant improvement in clinical symptoms,improve blood rheology in part,regulate immune function, enhanced immunity,and does not affect the peripheral blood of patients with estrogen,the level of progesterone,estrogen-free low occurrence of hyperlipidemia.
