Efficacy Evaluation Of Regulating Menstruation Ⅰ Treating PCOS Patients With Late Menstruation (Kidney Empty Phlegm Obstruction Type)

Objective:Through the regulating menstruation I treating PCOS patients with late menstruation (kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome), this study objectively evaluates the efficacy of regulating menstruation I in the treatment on PCOS patients with late menstruation (kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome), symptoms and TCM symptoms, which lays a foundation for the TCM treatment of PCOS laying and further research, so as to guide clinical syndrome differentiation of department of gynecology and scientific research and improve the reproductive health and life quality of patients.Methods:67cases, included in the standard and clearly diagnosed with PCOS menstruation late (kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome), are randomly divided into two groups:treatment group36cases;Diane-35group (control group)31cases. We acquire the TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment, observe the change of kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome before and after treatment and compare the two groups after treatment of menstrual curative effect and syndrome curative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect:the menstrual period, the menstrual color and menstrual property.Results:1.the differences of patient’s menstrual period between the two groups and before and after medication in the treatment group has statistically significant (P<0.05).the treatment group has better curative effect than control group; Follow-up, the differences of patient’s menstrual period between the two groups and before and after medication in the treatment group has statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group has better curative effect than control group. The differences of patient’s menstrual color, menstrual property and BMI between the two groups and before and after medication in the treatment group has statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group has better curative effect than control group, treatment group after treatment has better than before treatment;2.After treatment and follow-up period,the difference of disappearing rate of the TCM syndromes sum and every symptoms (except for obesity) between two groups has statistically significant (P<0.05).3.After treatment, the pregnancy in treatment group is6cases, control group without natural pregnancies.Conclusion:This study preliminarily shows that regulating menstruation I can improve patient’s menstrual period, the menstrual colour, menstrual property and BMI and raise clinical pregnancy rate, as well as significantly improve the kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome.
