| Objective and Methods:The use of clinical epidemiology methods,, in the form of questionnaires to collect information on TCM constitution and general Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital376cases of anorectal mixed hemorrhoids without surgery patients, patients with mixed hemorrhoid medicine statistical distribution of the frequency of physical type analyze the physical characteristics and the distribution of medicine and various factors relationship with mixed hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids in the region in order to enrich the content of physical medicine, Chinese medicine play a "preventive treatment of disease" of the characteristics and advantages, prevention and intervention in the region of mixed hemorrhoids provide ideas happen.Results:(1) In this study,160patients with376cases of male patients (42.55%), female patients216cases (57.45%),female patients than male; minimum age of19years, the maximum age of79years, mean age43.13years of age, high-fat concentrated in the age between31-50years old; shortest duration of nine months, the longest46years, mean disease duration at19.37years; career mostly staff (51.60%) and drivers (11.17%) dominated; incentives to alcohol (38.30%) and spicy food (26.86%) dominated; generally defecate long time, accounted for more than5minutes79.79%; main symptoms for blood (90.70%) and prolapse (84.31%) mainly associated with anal (37.50%) and anal wet (35.90%); syndromes to damp (82.71%) dominated.(2)376cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid medicine physical type distribution are:hot and humid quality (177cases,47.07%)> phlegm (78cases,20.74%)> Qi deficiency (55cases,14.63%)> gentleness (24cases,6.38%)> blood stasis (13cases,3.46%)> qi quality (12cases,3.19%)> yin deficiency (8cases,2.13%)> yang quality (7cases,1.86%)> special intrinsic quality (2cases,0.53%). TCM constitution mixed hemorrhoid patients are mainly qualitative type of heat, phlegm and Qi deficiency. (3) According to Wang Yan Chengdu TCM constitution and other investigations and analysis of the results, Chengdu TCM constitution crowd is mainly hot and humid nature and yang quality, differences in patients with mixed hemorrhoid medicine physical distribution was significant (X2:36.924, P:0.000<0.05);(4) Differences between the present study TCM Constitution gender mixed hemorrhoid patients distribution was significant (X2:43.646, P:0.000<0.05); difference TCM constitution mixed hemorrhoid patients of different age groups distribution was significant (X2:125.303, P:0.000<0.05); difference TCM constitution distributions are drinking mixed hemorrhoid patients was significant (X2:48.873, P:0.000<0.05); difference TCM constitution distributions are hobby spicy mixed hemorrhoid patients had significant sex (X2:70.455, P:0.000<0.05);(5) Differences TCM constitution distribution smoking mixed hemorrhoid patients had no significant (X2:5.865, P:0.662>0.05); difference TCM constitution distributions mixed hemorrhoid patients with different occupations was no significant (X2:54.811,P:0.232>0.05);(6) Differences in the distribution of TCM constitution different syndromes of mixed hemorrhoid patients was significant (X2:296.608, P:0.000<0.05)Conclusion:TCM constitution mixed hemorrhoid patients are mainly qualitative type of damp heat.the phlegm and Qi deficiency. Gender, age and diet (addicted to spicy) and drinking habits have an impact on the mixed constitution hemorrhoid patients, but also to some extent with physical syndromes associated mixed hemorrhoids.
