The Clinical Efficacy Research Of Meridian Scraping Combined With Moxibustion To Treat Nape Myofascitis

Objective:This topic though observe the clinical efficacy of meridian scraping combined with moxibustion to treat nape myofascitis, to provide reference for clinical treatment of nape myofascitis with this therapy.Methods:95patients were randomly divided into3groups according to random number table. Meridian scraping combined with moxibustion therapy was applied in treatment group, single meridian scraping therapy and single moxibustion therapy were appliede in control group. Treat the patients every3days with4times as a curative course,3groups were treated for2curative courses. Observe every group before and after treatment score situation of tenderness, pain, and the neck disability index, and the adverse reaction during treatment. Using statistical analysis at last.Results:Within group comparisons, three groups of patients had obvious difference in tenderness score, VAS pain score, neck disability index score before and after treatment (P<0.05). Results indicated that the three methods can alleviate the symptoms of patients with nape myofascitis.Comparison among groups, three groups VAS pain scores were statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05), indicating that three kinds of treatment methods are different, paired comparison showed that all difference are statistical significance (P<0.05), the resullt direct pain in the treatment group patients can significantly be improved, followed by scraping group; Three groups tenderness points were statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05), indicating that three kinds of treatment methods are different, paired comparison showed that all difference are statistical significance (P<0.05),the resullt direct tenderness in the treatment group patients can significantly be improved, followed by scraping group; Three groups NDI index scores was no statistically significance after treatment ((P>0.05), indicating that three kinds of treatment methods in improving the cervical function of patients has same efficacy. Curative effect comparison:Comparison of the overall efficacy of the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), three kinds of treatment methods have difference, the resullt direct scraping therapy combined with moxibustion on cervical myofascial symptoms, physical signs improved obviously.Conclusion:Meridian scraping therapy combined with moxibustion is more effective compared with single use of scraping therapy or moxibustion therapy to treat nape myofascitis. The test process has no adverse reaction.Scraping combined moxibustion give full play to the "Wen" and "Tong" effects, and the therapy with simple, safe, economic advantages can relieve neck and shoulder discomfort better and easily accepted by patients, so scraping combined with moxibustion method is a simple, safe and effective economic therapy in treating meridian scraping.
