Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Nape Myofascitis Of Fasciocutaneous Release With Acupotomy

Objective:To provide reliable clinical evidence for the effectiveness and safety of Nape Myofascitis of the individual treatment items,and to clarify the characteristics of the effects of their respective symptoms.and to provide the basis in clinical application for Acupotomy in the treatment of Nape Myofascitis.This subject is compared with the clinical efficacy of acupotomy for the treatment of back myofasciitis and acupuncture for the treatment of Nape Myofascitis.Methods:This study was based on the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis,which was published in 1995 by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).A total of 70 patients with the Nape Myofascitis who came from the the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university in accordance with diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were from July 2016 to September 2017.A randomized controlled single blind trial was used to divide into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group adopted the needle knife fascia loosening therapy with "point,line and surface" combined with my tutor,and the control group was given acupuncture.The back pain,tenderness and functional activities were selected as the main indicators.Visual analogue scale(VAS),tenderness score and functional integration were used to evaluate the efficacy.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the collected data.Results:After treatment,the difference of VAS,tenderness score and disability score between the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.7%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse events during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:(1)The treatment group and the control group therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with Nape Myofascitis.(2)The comprehensive curative effect,treatment of back myofascitis of acupotomy analgesic efficacy and improve the function of efficacy were significantly better than the acupuncture group,and acupotomy curative effect,simple operation,quick effect,high cure rate,is worth using back myofascitis for application and promotion in clinical practice is one of the effective methods.
