Objective:In order to understand the factors of Suzhou industrial park enterprisesprofessional women pressure status and influence, through the women’s job stressquestionnaire survey of professional pressure enterprise women (Occupational StressOS) situation. As the value it provides data support further establish enterpriseworkers group pressure reference reasonable. And provide some scientific basis forthe formulation of enterprise female workers health care measures.Methods:The object of study from the Suzhou Industrial Park, AU Optronics (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd, High German electronic (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., BOE Chatani Electronics (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd. and other enterprises workers, on the selected enterprise workers conducted aquestionnaire survey (survey of women work stress questionnaire), a random sampleof650women conducted a questionnaire survey. Methods using stratified randomsampling survey and classification, the content of the investigation can bedistinguished: basic information (including age, culture degree, marriage and family,work, job, income, their health status of23), the sources of work stress (work onfeeling)(60items), how to deal with the pressure of work (18), and PersonalityQuestionnaire (25items). Among them, the work pressure source of the work itself,role conflict and role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, career development infour dimensions and60items, the use of PASW Statistic18statistical analysis softwarefor data processing, each scale with1~4point score, calculated the average value ofdifferent dimensions of a mesh (x) and standard deviation (s), samples werecompared using F test, and the use of SPSS17.0statistical software, using P<0.05asthe difference had statistical significance. Results:1.Comparison of different age enterprise workers occupational stress involved inthe investigation of the enterprise workers, at a total pressure of four dimensions andthe statistical data derived from the average, along with the age growth pressuresubstantially nonlinear growth, especially in the work itself and the careerdevelopment of the two aspects. The dimension scores from high to low is:occupation career development score is2.19±0.91, the job itself factor score was1.98±0.95, role conflict and role ambiguity score is1.97±0.90, the interpersonalrelationship of score of1.84±0.822. The single factor influence enterprise workers occupational stress analysisresults: a comparison of different degree enterprise workers occupational stress, theminimum academic qualification and the highest degree of enterprise workers pressurevalues are relatively large degree minimum total pressure the maximum score is2.09±0.50; Comparison of different marriage state enterprise workers occupationalstress, married enterprise workers in the work itself factors score of2.07±0.97, careerdevelopment dimension score is2.12±0.80and the total stress score is2.06±0.45,which is significantly greater than the unmarried enterprise workers; Comparison ofdifferent number of children enterprise workers occupational stress, there is achildren’s enterprise workers the job itself factor score of2.13±0.68, careerdevelopment score is2.15±0.80and the total pressure of the score is2.06±0.46, scoreswere higher than childless enterprise workers, and also higher than that of with twoand more children of the enterprise women; The night shift in different times enterpriseworkers occupation pressure comparison of monthly value of total pressure value,night20times above the enterprise workers is2.18±0.55and each dimension score thehighest monthly, night shift frequency was11to20times the total stress score ofenterprise workers is1.92±0.39and the lowest score of each dimension; Forenterprises of different working years female occupational pressure comparison, theincreasing of working years of enterprise workers, the total stress score is2.06±0.33and each dimension scores were higher; Comparison of different income enterpriseworkers occupation pressure, minimum wage and salary highest enterprise workers pressure values are relatively large, and the highest wages of enterprise workers fromjob stress is the most serious; Comparison of different physical exercise situation ofenterprise workers occupational stress, never to participate in the physical training theenterprise workers in role conflict and role ambiguity dimension score is1.92±0.94and the total stress score is2.19±0.59, higher than the regular or occasional physicalexercise in the enterprise workers; According to the different sleep time enterpriseworkers occupation pressure comparison, total pressure value sleep the least timeenterprise workers is2.12±0.38, the highest score, enterprise workers total pressuresleep the most adequate centered, and sleep time is8hours of enterprise workers in alldimensions and total pressure on the lowest score; According to whether theprevalence of enterprise workers occupational stress comparison, total pressure valuesuffering from gynecological diseases and chronic diseases, such as situation of theenterprise workers is2.07±0.42and each dimension score was significantly higherthan that in non diseased.3. Suzhou Industrial Park, part of the enterprise workers, different age, personality,educational level, marital status, type of work, values in some difference between theoccupational stress shift, at the time, the sleep time of the crowd.2. The main influence factors of Suzhou Industrial Park, part of the enterpriseworkers occupation pressure were age, personality, marital status, type of work, valueusing the frequency shift, the sleep time and coping style. Younger people, introvertedpeople, married people, the night shift of the number of population, short sleepduration of the crowd, and less use of positive coping style of the crowd is the keycrowd intervention of the occupation pressure. 3. Suzhou Industrial Park, part of the enterprise workers adopt positive copingoccupation pressure of high frequency, while negative coping style to use lowfrequency.
