Clinical Studies Of Different Treatment Methods And The Effect In Pediatric Fracture Of Radius And Ulna

Abstract Objective:Explore pediatric radioulnar backbone fracture clinical treatment and therapeutic.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital from August2008to August2011, the radioulnarthe backbone of the conservative and surgical treatment of pediatric fractures in60cases, including the foot distal radius fractures in10cases, the middle of the radius and ulna fracture in24cases, proximal radius and ulna fractures11cases. Age3-14years old, with an average of7.5years old. Conservative treatment with closed reduction, closed or open reduction and surgical treatment.Results:All patients were followed up for6-12months, an average of eight months, the fractures were clinical healing. The conservative treatment of children with more normal forearmactivities, surgical treatment of children with no postoperative infection, nonunion,malunion and epiphyseal injuries complications.Conclusion:The conservative treatment practices reset splint external fixation and the different fixedway of surgical treatment for pediatric foot diaphyses fractures can achieve good therapeutic effect.
