Investigation And Analysis Of Oral Health Status Of400Changji State Kazak Oral KABP

Objective: This study aimed at Xinjiang ChangJi district400Kazak adult oral KABP(knowledge, attitude, belief and practice), and the analysis of their oral health state. Andprovided the scientific basis for Kazak oral health knowledge education and the preventionand cure of oral disease.Methods: Develop the questionnaire by combining with the third national oral healthepidemiological sampling survey scheme and the related literature reference KABPpattern design. Randomly selected400Kazak adult oral patients who once had come tothe people’s hospital to have a dental check or illnesses from December2013to April2014to have a questionnaire investigation and site inspection. The results would be inputinto the computer two times by using the Epidata3.1independently. And classified andanalyzed them by applying Spss17.0, Then adopted the chi-square test to improve thesingle factor analysis, And used the logistic regression to analyze multiple factors, and theinspection level will use0.05.Results:1.The Kazak oral health knowledge is good and their attitude is also good, thecorrect answer rates between different cultural degree, economic income have differencesand statistically significant.2.400Kazak adult oral health behavior is poor, and theirapproaches of oral health knowledge acquisition are mainly from TV, radio andnewspapers,books and periodicals.3.400Kazak adult oral cavities and periodontal diseasedetection rate is higher.Conclusion:1.400Kazak adults had better oral health care knowledge, good oral healthattitudes but poorer oral health behavior practice. There is contradiction between theirknowledge, attitude and behavior. In the future we should vigorously strengthen thepublicity and education guidance to change their bad oral behaviors.2.400Kazak adultoral are in poor health, dental caries prevalence and their periodontal disease detection rate is higher, clinic rates are not high. So we Should focus on the prevention and treatment ofdental decay, periodontal disease, and strengthen the propaganda of the oral disease,improve the level of health.
