Lidan Paishi Decoction Regulates The Balance Of Inflammatory Factors And Promotes Gallbladder Mucosal Repair After Gallstone Removal Clinical Controlled Study

Objective:To observe the effects of Lidan Paishi Decoction on the levels of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-? and EGF in the serum of patients undergoing gallbladder surgery(the syndrome belongs to liver and gallbladder damp-heat type).Methods:Using the test method of a controlled study,60 patients with gallbladder stones that meet the criteria for bile extraction and stone removal of the Chinese medicine and meet the criteria for liver and gallbladder dampness-heat syndrome in the diagnosis and treatment criteria of traditional Chinese medicine in Nanjing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and randomized according to the order of operations.Divided into two gyroups,namely the control group and the observation group.Control group:After double mirrors combined with gallbladder and stone removal,no other treatments were performed except postoperative lifestyle guidance.Observation group:On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the Chinese medicine Lidan Paishi Decoction was taken orally twice a day,once in the morning and evening,and were taken within half an hour after a meal.After a week,stop taking the oral medication for 2 weeks,and then start the next course of treatment.Follow-up observation of the patient's gallbladder contraction function,collection of patients' blood samples and detection of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-? and EGF levels in serum by ELISA,and then statistical analysis of the experimental results.Results:(1)The serum IL-6 and TNF-? concentrations in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 12 weeks after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-? in the serum of the same group were reduced at 12 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The concentration of IL-4 and EGF in serun of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group at 12 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The levels of IL-4 and EGF in serum of the same group were increased at 12 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The relative contraction rate of the gallbladder in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12 weeks after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative contraction rate of gallbladder in the same group was increased at 12 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Coriclusion:1.This experiment confirmed that Lidan Paishi Decoction can effectively regulate the decrease of serum IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-? content.By increasing the inhibitory factor IL-4,the proinflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-The decrease in the concentration of a to achieve the purpose of maintaining the balance of inflammatory factors is one of the possible mechanisms that Fanglidan Paishi Decoction in Nanjing City Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine can prevent stones and dissolve stones to a certain extent;2.This experiment confirmed that by measuring the level of EGF in serum,it is helpful to evaluate the repair of gallbladder mucosa in patients after gallbladder preservation.It can be used as one of the reference indicators for predicting the recurrence rate of calculi,and has the role of preventing the occurrence of gallstones Certain reference significance.
