Study On The Effect Of Paishi Baoshen Decoction Combined With EPVL In Treatment Of The Fragments Of Residual Stones Of Patients With Kidney Stones After RIRS

Objective:Through Combining Paishi Baoshen Decoction with EPVL,the curative effect index of the patients was observed and analyzed to investigate the effect of Paishi Baoshen Decoction combined with External Physical Vibration Lithecbole on promoting the fragments of residual stones and improving symptoms of patients with kidney stones after Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery.Methods:A total of 66 cases of patients with kidney stones by RIRS in our hospital including 41 males and 25 females were randomly divided to No.1 treatment group(22 cases).No.2 treatment group(22 cases)and the control group(22 cases).There was no significant difference in gender,mean age,stone location and other data among the three groups(P>0.05).The control group after RIRS was treated routinely.The No.1 treatment group after RIRS was given Paishi Baoshen Decoction on the basis of control group and the No.2 treatment group on the basis of the No.1 treatment group was given EPVL each week.Compare the three groups' total efficiency of promoting the fragments of residual stones,expulsion time and symptom scores after three weeks' treatment.Result:Three weeks after RIRS,the No.1 treatment group's total efficiency was 66.7%,the No.2 treatment group's total efficiency was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 36.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The No.2 treatment group 's total efficiency was significantly higher than the No.1 treatment group's.The No.1 treatment group's and the No.2 treatment group's expulsion time were significantly shorter than the control group's(P<0.05),and The No.2 treatment group's expulsion time was significantly shorter than the No.1 treatment group's(P<0.05).The No.1 treatment group's and the No.2 treatment group's scores of OABSS and TCM syndrome were significantly lower than the control group's(P<0.05),and the No.2 treatment group's scores of OABSS and TCM syndrome were significantly lower than the No.1 treatment group's(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paishi Baoshen Decoction can promote the fragments of residual stones and improve symptoms for patients with kidney stones after RIRS,and this effect is more obvious when it combines with EPVL.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
