Objective:State-level non-material cultural heritage in pingyao of the shanxiprovince wang29generations, TCM gynecology,More than1000years todate,Professor wang system arrangement and mining and its accumulated medicalskill, medicine and be a family,To make cultural heritage of traditional Chinesemedicine has important value and practical significance.Through to the wang dysmenorrhea Ⅰ number for cold dampness stagnate andcurative effect observation of blood stasis syndrome of primarydysmenorrhea,Preliminary explore the pain relief effect mechanism, development ofnew medicine to lay the foundation for the next step.Methods:With division, the literature study wang’s experience in the therapyof gynecological disease of department of gynaecology, analyzed the experience ofthe teacher treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and select one USES-cold dampnessstagnate and blood stasis syndrome in clinical observation.In this syndrome types ofprimary dysmenorrhea,60cases were randomly divided into the wang dysmenorrheaⅠ number and subtract group (treatment group), herba leonuri particle group (controlgroup), after treatment to observe6menstrual cycle, pain score, the curative effectcomparison test the second menstrual cycle, a third of the menstrual cycle changes inconcentrations of serum estradiol and progesterone.Results:1, the wang gynecological treatment of menstruation has a whole setof unique theory and clinical experience, unique sequential therapy of traditionalChinese medicine, combined with methods of proprietary Chinese medicine, internaland external governance with diet, received good results.2, for primary dysmenorrhea(cold dampness stagnate and blood stasis syndrome) clinical observation results showthat the third and sixth menstrual cycles after menstrual cycle, pain scores oftreatment group compared with before treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05).Third menstrual cycle and the sixth after menstrual cycle, pain scores oftreatment group compared with control group was statistically significant (P <0.05).Third after the menstrual cycle and sixth menstrual cycle, to compare theclinical curative effect of treatment group and control group were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).That in the near future curative effect and the long-term curative effect of the treatment group were superior to the control group.Treatment group aftertreatment estradiol levels significantly decreased (P <0.05), progesterone levels risesignificantly (P <0.05), suggesting the wang dysmenorrhea Ⅰ number can regulatethe body’s estradiol, progesterone levels.Conclusions:1.Wang Jinquan chief physician treating primary dysmenorrhea due to cardShiFang, internal and external combined with diet.2.the wang dysmenorrhea Ⅰ side effects for cold dampness stagnate andstagnant blood in the clinical curative effect is reliable.Can significantly reducemenstrual pain.Or by changing the ovarian endocrine function, reduce the content ofserum estradiol, progesterone levels rising and play a role of curative effect.
