Professor Wang Wei's Clinical Experience In Treating Dysmenorrhea And Dysmenorrhea

Dysmenorrhea is periodic abdomen pain during or after the menstruation.It can radiate to lumbosacral region,sometimes may lead to coma,and also may accompanied with symptoms like nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,dizziness,fatigue and without other organic lesions.Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological diseases,but it dose affect daily life.The western medicine just focus on the pain nowadays,and by using the measures of spasmolysis they have achieved remarkable results,as long as the patients stop taking the spasmolyti drugs,the pain recrudesce.The spasmolyti drugs cannot be use as routine for its side effects.On the contrary,Traditional Chinese Medicine,which have holistic view and treatment based on the symptoms and signs are emphasize when facing each patient,have more advantages in treating dysmenorrhea.It proves that TMC gives not only a radical cure by balancing Yin and Yang,but also a concurrent treatment coming from both inner and outer.This paper aims to study and summarize the academicthe thought of my tutor in the treating primary dysmenorrhea,and it based on the research of the classical and modern literature,combined various theories,also induction and analysis different understandings of primary dysmenorrhea including syndromes and treatments.My tutor Professor WangXin,who combine the experience of 20 years clinical practice with various theories,and arrival at a conclusion that Primary Dysmenorrhea is more likely to be dysmenorrheal,and the Type of qi stagnation and blood stasis is most common in dysmenorrheal.Her treatments have achieved significant effect,by following the basic treatment principle of soothing and carding the qi with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and using the prescription named “Qi ZhiTongJing Tang”made by he.
