Objectives:Through an investigation of the hospital patients with cervicalspondylosis, study on cervical spondylopathy treated with TCM syndromedistribution and relationship between liver and objective evaluation of clinicalcurative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine treating cervicalspondylosis from liver, provide viscera of TCM on the treatment of cervicalspondylotic myelopathy with new theories, and to provide a basis forprevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis. Method: From March2013to December2013,questionnaire survey was conducted among patients in theacupuncture of the TCM Hospital Affiliated to Luzhou Medical College,yibinfirst People’s Hospital and Tai’an Chinese Medicine Hospital.There Received329cervical spondylosis datas, Unified analysis and data consolidation andprocessing using statistical software SPSS19.0, by age, Sex, predisposingfactors, Easy onset seasons and syndrome classification, course of discussionliver and other liver-related effects on pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis.Numbered and grouped to60cases patients of the TCM Hospital Affiliated toLuzhou Medical College according to the order of treatment,Odd number fortreatment group, Dual number for controlled group, treatment group toacupuncture " regulating liver" law treatment mainly, controlled group treatedwith acupuncture point selection basis in the selection method of cervical disease of TCM colleges throughout the country planning materials"Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy",and statistical analysis of their resultsResults: total number of surveys in329, males and females, respectively of36.78%and63.22%at the total number, the prevalent number of females is1.72times at the male.40to60age group suffering from neck and shoulderpain have the largest proportion, it is52.89%.329cases of cervical spondylosis,66cases of acute cervical spine disease, accounted for20.06%of the total,263cases with chronic cervical. Accounted for79.94%percent of the total number.Differentiation results have10sorts of syndromes, according to their in totalcases number in the appeared of frequency and the frequency high and low sort,respectively for wind-cold-damp type(64times,19.45%), qi stagnation andblood stasis (56times,17.02%),deficiency of qi and blood (54times,16.41%),deficiency of liver and kidney (50times,15.20%), incoordination between liverand stomach (39times,11.85%),accumulation of phlegm-damp in collateral (21times,6.38%), liver-yang hyperactivity (15times,4.56%),stagnation of liver-qi(14times,4.26%), liver-wind stirring (11times,3.34%), blood deficiency ofheart and liver (5times,1.52%).TCM syndrome of liver-related haveproportion of up to40.729%. Easy onset seasons followed by winter (30.09%),spring (29.18%),summer (13.07%), autumn (12.16%). Also patients withoutseasonal,accounted for15.50%.Treating cervical spondylosis from liver havehealing efficiency of86.67%,with a recurrence rate of three-month is10.71%,short-term therapeutic effect of precise, superior to conventional long-termcurative effect of acupuncture group. Conclusion:1, The relationship between TCM Syndrome Distribution and liver of cervical spondylosis is very close,close to40.729%.2,Treating cervical spondylosis from liver has a definitecurative effect and long-term effect is very satisfactory.
