Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis By Cervical Balance Regulation Under The Guidance Of The Theory Of Differentiation And Treatment

Objective: In this study,the internationally recognized Mcgill and NPQ scales were used to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of neck balance method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis by randomized control method,and to establish a standardized treatment text with definite efficacy for cervical spondylosis for clinical application.It lays a foundation for the further research and popularization of the cervical balance regulation method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods: In this study,a total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected,all of whom were from the massage area of two soft injuries of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine.In this study,60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit for observation and comparison.The experimental group and the control group each had 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with cervical balance adjustment method,while the control group was treated with conventional massage.Each group received two courses of treatment(5 days for one course,and 1 day of rest between the two courses).Observation indicators: NPQ neck pain scale and McGill pain inquiry scale were used to observe the indicators.Before treatment,NPQ neck pain scale and McGill pain inquiry scale were used to evaluate and record scores.Scores of NPQ neck pain scale and McGill pain inquiry scale after treatment were recorded after two courses of treatment.A database was established and SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and draw conclusions.Results:After two courses of treatment,according to the results of efficacy evaluation,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was as follows: 9 cases were cured,14 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.Control group:cure 4 cases,obvious effect 7 cases,effective 14 cases,ineffective 5 cases,the more significant rate: 36.67%,total effective rate: 83.33%,the treatment group was better than the control group,through the rank sum test(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Both the cervical massage and the conventional massage can promote the recovery of cervical spondylosis.The curative effect of cervical massage on cervical spondylosis was more significant than that of conventional massage.And the neck balance method easy to operate,low pain,easy to be accepted by patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application...
