Objective: To explore the distribution of Limin acupoints on the neck type cervical spondylosis, and observe the difference of clinical efficacy between Limin acupoint massage and traditional massage,so as to provide the basis for optimizing the selection of acupoints for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Fifty patients with cervical spondylosis of neck type who met the diagnostic criteria were investigated for Limin acupoints, and the distribution of Limin acupoints was summarized.Thirty-nine patients with more than two Limin acupoints were randomly divided into experimental group(Limin acupoint massage group)20 cases and control group(traditional massage group)19 cases. The experimental group selected 3-4 Limin acupoints for massage treatment, while the control group used traditional massage treatment,15 minutes each time, once a day,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses, followed up for 3 months. The changes of visual analogue pain score(VAS)and neck pain scale index(NPQ)before and after treatment were analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Result:(1)A total of 177 Limin acupoints were explored in patients with cervical spondylosis, with an average of 3.54 in each patient;most of them were concentrated in the head and neck according to the location of limbs;and according to the statistical analysis of the number of Limin acupoints at different locations on each meridian, the most Limin acupoints were located in the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,and the high incidence of Limin acupoints are Quepen acupoints and Qishe acupoints.Secondly,Yingxiang point is the high-Limin acupoint of the large intestine meridian of Hand Yangming,Xiaohai 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the small intestine meridian of Hand Sun,Dabao 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin, and Jiquan 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the heart meridian of Hand Shaoyin.(2)Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in VAS pain score and NPQ index between the experimental group and the control group(all P<0.01);VAS pain score in the experimental group was(1.7±0.80)and that in the control group was(2.63±0.76).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);NPQ index in the experimental group was(25.56±4.65)and that in the control group was(31.39±1.23).There were significant differences between the two groups. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The cure rate was 90.00% in the experimental group and 63.16% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,the recurrence rate of Limin acupoint massage group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that of traditional massage group(36.84%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Limin acupoints of The neck-type cervical spondylosis mostly concentrated in the head and neck, mostly distributed in the stomach meridian of foot Yangming, and its high-incidence Limin acupoints are Quepen acupoint and Qishe acupoint.Secondly,Yingxiang point is the highLimin acupoint of the large intestine meridian of Hand Yangming,Xiaohai 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the small intestine meridian of Hand Sun,Dabao 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin, and Jiquan 1 inch is the high incidence of Limin acupoint of the heart meridian of Hand Shaoyin.(2)Limin acupoint massage has better curative effect than tradit ional massage on the neck type cervical spondylosis, and it has longterm curative effect.
