Objective Experimental study on the treatment of rats with febrile diseasesby Kai qiao Tong fu method, to investigate the antipyretic effect of Kaiqiao Tong fu method on the study of febrile diseases, brain gut axis infebrile fever of association and action, antipyretic mechanism explanationof Kai qiao Tong fu method, to provide the experimental basis for the braingut axis, brain gut interaction theory to guide the treatment of febrilediseases, in order to establish the fever of brain gut interaction integralview pathogenesis and treatment thought.Methods Were randomly divided into8groups of80rats.Group A:blank group(no pyrogen physiological saline);Group B:model group;Group C:heatreleasing lungs group (group Ma xing Shi gan decoction);Group D:Xing naokai qiao group (Xing nao jing injection group);Group E:Tong fu xie re group(Da cheng qi group);Group F: Xuan fei and xing nao group (Ma Xing Shi gandecoction and Xing nao jing injection group);Group G:Xuan fei and tong fugroup (Ma Xing Shi gan decoction and Da cheng qi group);Group H:acetaminophen group. Observation of rat rectal temperature, mentalcondition, independent activity trend. Detecting the content ofhypothalamus, spinal cord, colon, lung, stomach, kidney and blood CRH,AVP,SP,NT,IL-4,IFN-γ. Expression and analysis of colonic mucosa, tightjunction protein. And by gavage method of blue dextran calculation rate ofsmall intestine. Results Group C, D and E group has no significant difference (P>0.05)between. F, G group showed a more ideal antipyretic effect, cooling effectlasting and significant, is better than that of group H, group C, D and Egroup, with significant difference (P <0.05), can significantly reduce thebody temperature of fever rats, decrease CRH, AVP content in plasma andtissues, increased SP,NT content, reducing the cytokines IFN-/IL-4ratioenhanced colonic mucosa, tight junction protein expression activity, makethe small intestinal propulsion rate increase.Conclusions The method of Xing nao kai qiao,Tong fu xie re and Qing re xuanfei can achieve good treatment effect, reflects the brain-gut axis of lungfever has good control effect.Dispersing xuan fei kai qiao and xuan fei tongfu therapy have antipyretic effect very good on the treatment of rat lungheat syndrome. Its Antipyretic Mechanism and CRH,AVP,SP,NT,IL-4,IFN-γ content. In the regulation of brain gut axis, start the neuro endocrineimmune network defense system, the steady state so as to regulate temperatureand maintain the internal environment of the role. According to the theoryof brain intestinal connection medication, has obvious advantages in thetreatment of febrile diseases.
