Objective Base on rat brain-gut axis theory, set up Yang Ming fu shi zheng fevermodel, discuss the antifebrile effect and intervention mechanism of xing naokai qiao to the rat yang ming fu shi zheng fever. Explain the fever controlby the brain-gut axis and the Correlation and function of the brain-iminteraction’s material basis such as ghrelin,to provide the basis forbrain-gut axis and brain-im interaction theory guiding the treatment offebrile illness.Methods Reference the Model made by Mr.Fan, to build yang-ming fu shi zhengmodel of the rat, and treat the rats by xing nao jing injection, da cheng qitang,xing nao jing and da cheng qi tang, paracetamol.To observe itsantipyretic effect and the effect on content of CRH, AVP, substance P, NT,interferon, interleukin–4in hypothalamus, Spinal cord, colon, lung,stomach, kidney, plasma; Analyse the changing mechanism.Results Kai qiao tong fu group shows the ideal antipyretic effect.Nervepeptide substances content in existing significant difference betweentreatment groups and model group (â—P <0.05), inhibits the production ofendogenous pyrogens CRH by enhancing the content of AVP, reduces thetemperature by increasing the content of substance P, NT. And the balance ofTh1cells and Th2cells is changing during antipyretic change process.Make IL-4/IFN-r ratio higher levels close to normal by changing the contentof IL-4andIFN-r, so as to restore the balance of Th1/Th2cells, and it isgood for body temperature returned to normal.Conclusions Xing nao kai qiao or tong fu xie re all has very good antipyreticeffect in treating rats with yang ming fu shi zheng, but xing nao and tongfuis the best treatment. Its antipyretic mechanism is connected with the contentof CRH, AVP, SP, NT and the balance of Th1/Th2cells; Under the control ofbrain-gut axis,the nervous system, endocrine system and immune system are alljoin in body temperature regulation, maintain the environment of the steadystate in the body and body temperature returned to normal. |
