Danbeiyifei Recipe’s Influence On The Expression To TNF-α And IL-6in Serum Of Rats Getting IPF

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to study how DanBeiyifei recipeimprove the situation of rats which get IPF (idiopathic pulmonaryfibrosis). The mechanism which DanBeiyifei recipe affects IPF will beinvestigated by watching how index TNF-α and IL-6change in therats’serum,to prepare basis of test for DanBeiyifei recipe treating IPF.Methods:108healthy Wistar rats(half male and half female) were raisedwith clean standard for one week,and were modeled bybleomycin.All the108rats were randomly divided into six groups（18rats per group）,namely normal control group(normal rats),model controlgroup(rats with normal saline), low dose DanBeiyifei recipe group(ratswith0.3g/ml solution), moderate dose DanBeiyifei recipe group(ratswith0.6g/ml solution), high dose DanBeiyifei recipe group(rats with1.2g/ml solution),positive medicine control group(rats with0.5mg/mlprednisone solution).They were all gavaged by10ml solution perkilogram. Index TNF-α、 IL-6in the serum were watched with ELISA.Then, on the7th day,14th day,28th day,6rats were randomly killed. Thelung from the dead rats were observed by the way of HE and Massondyeing.Result:DanBeiyifei recipe and positive medicine control group(prednisonesolution) both can control the expression of TNF-α、 IL-6to easepulmonary fibrosis of rats. But the curative of high dose DanBeiyifeirecipe group was obviously better than the prednisone group.Conclusion:1.DanBeiyifei recipe can control the expression of TNF-α、IL-6toease pulmonary fibrosis of rats.2. DanBeiyifei recipe can reduce the lung Coeffcient of IPF rats toease degree of IPF.
