| Objective:To investigate the effect of Dan Beiyifei recipe on MEK1/2,ERK1/2 and the phosphorylation of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.Methods:Rats were taken as models,experiment was divided into five groups, normal,model, positive(dexamethasone), Dan Beiyifei recipe low and high dose groups,each group was given the corresponding saline or medinine for 28 days.After consecutive daily gavage Lor7 days,14days,28 days, the rats were anesthetized and killed by carotid exsanguination. MEK1/2and ERK1/2 in the lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The p-MEK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 were detected by Western blot.Result: The lung MEK and ERK levels of each dose Dan Beiyifei recipe group and dexamethasone group were obviously decreased, those were lower than those in the model group, the effect of high dose group was better than those in low dose and dexamethasone groups,the high dose group and dexamethasone group were better than that of low dose group.The MEKã€ERKã€p-MEK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 expression in lung tissue of model rats was increased,that was significant higher than that in normal group,that in each medicine group was decreased obviously, there was obvious difference between model and each medicine group.Conclusion:Dan Beiyifei recipe attenuates the level of MEK1, ERK1/2 and the phosphorylation in lung tissues of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis rats, which may be one of the mechanism of anti-fibrosis. |
