Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Damp Heat Accumulation Syndrome Of Gout (Acute Gouty Arthritis) With Tengling Tongluo Zhitong Plaster

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of tengling Tongluo Zhitong plaster in the treatment of gout(acute gouty arthritis).Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020,patients selected for outpatient and inpatient treatment in rheumatology department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected to meet the new gout classification standard jointly formulated by American rheumatology Society(ACR)/ European anti rheumatism Alliance(EULAR)in 2015 and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard of the syndrome of pain,rheumatism and heat accumulation syndrome in the diagnostic efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the inclusion standard 72 patients.According to the time of treatment,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The basic treatment of the two groups were low purine diet + Simiao pill(Jilin Zijin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Guoyao Zhuzi: z22024960),6G,twice a day,oral administration.In the experimental group,tengling Tongluo Zhitong plaster was applied to the affected area of patients,once a day,once a day,and removed after 12 hours of application.The control group was treated with compound flurbiprofen gel plaster applied to the affected part of the patient,1 times 1 times,1 times a day,and applied for 12 hours.The patients in the two groups took the time of the first use of external drugs as the starting point,and then applied the external drugs every 24 hours,and the VAS score of joint pain was calculated.7 days as a course of clinical observation.The VAS score,CRP and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and compared,and the pain relief time of the two groups after treatment was recorded and compared.Results:Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,joint pain VAS score and laboratory index(CRP)data were compared in the two groups,the results showed that the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01);by comparing the data after treatment between the two groups,the efficacy of the experimental group in TCM syndrome score,joint pain VAS score,laboratory index(CRP),pain relief time data was better than that ofthe control group(P < 0.05).During the treatment,the safety indexes of the two groups were normal.Conclusion: The external application of oral medicine and tengling Tongluo Zhitong plaster is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of damp heat accumulation syndrome of gout(acute gouty arthritis).
