| Objective:Through clinical controlled studies,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the medicine of Professor Deng Yue’s experience prescription for middle-aged and young people with hypertension level 2(damp-heat accumulation syndrome),and provide new medication reference and medicine for the clinical treatment of hypertension level 2 with traditional Chinese medicine.Diagnosis and treatment ideas,and improve the treatment plan for hypertension in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this project,72 patients with grade 2 hypertension who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from December 2019 to December 2020 in the Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 in the control group.example.The experimental group was given L-Amlodipine besylate tablets 2.5 mg,once a day,orally on an empty stomach in the morning.On this basis,Professor Deng Yue’s Experience of Treating Hypertension with Damp-heat Accumulation Syndrome was added;the control group was given L-Amlodipine Besylate Amlodipine tablets 2.5mg,once a day,orally combined with ramipril 2.5mg on an empty stomach in the morning,once a day,orally on an empty stomach in the morning.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The changes of blood pressure and TCM syndrome scores and adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Collect patient data before and after treatment,and use Spss statistical data software to calculate and process the results of the study.Results:(1)Antihypertensive effect:SBP and DBP were significantly reduced after treatment in the experimental group and control group(P<0.05).The antihypertensive effects of the two groups were equivalent,with total effective rates of 88.9%and 91.7%,respectively.(2)TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of the test group of patients was 2.64±2.44,and that of the control group was 5.58±3.10.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM in the test group improved better than those of the control group(P<0.05).has statistical significane.Among them,the curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms such as headache,abdominal fullness,thirsty and less drinking,flushed face and poor body heat were significantly different(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome curative effect:In the experimental group,10 cases were cured(27.78%),19 cases were markedly effective(52.78%),7 cases were effective(19.44%),0 cases were ineffective,36 cases were total effective,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,2 cases were cured(5.56%),6 cases were markedly effective(16.67%),24 cases were effective(66.67%),4 cases were ineffective(11.11%),32 cases were total effective,and the total effective rate was 88.9%.The total effective rate of the test group Significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Professor Deng Yue’s experience prescription combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of middle-aged and young hypertension(damp-heat accumulation syndrome)is equivalent to the effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with ramipril in lowering blood pressure,which can effectively improve the patient’s Clinical symptoms.In the treatment of headaches,abdominal fullness,thirsty and less drinking,flushing of the face and poor body heat,Professor Deng Yue’s experience formula combined with Shi Huida has obvious advantages,no adverse reactions,safe medication,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.It provides a new treatment method for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of middle-aged and young people with grade 2 hypertension syndrome of damp-heat accumulation. |
