Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Eclipta Prostrata On HIFU After Uterine Adenomyosis (heat Accumulation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To analyze and discuss the improvement of clinical symptoms and safety of the Hanlian Dicha prescription for high-Intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)treatment of adenomyosis of uterus with heat accumulation and blood stasis,and the effect on uterine volume,CA125 and ovarian function after HIFU treatment.Methods:Selected 64 cases who voluntarily performed HIFU treatment and met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion were admitted by the Department of Gynecology of Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2019 to October2019,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including 32 cases in the treatment group(actual 29 cases)and 32 cases in the control group(actual 30 cases).The control group completed relevant examinations before operation and received HIFU treatment.Subcutaneous injection of leuprolide 3.75 mg was given on the first day of menstrual period after surgery,once every 28 days,three times in total.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given 7 doses of Hanlian dicha prescription(3times,21doses)on the day of subcutaneous injection of leuprolide.Observe and analyze the uterine volume,dysmenorrhea score(VSA),menstrual volume score(PBAC)and TCM symptom efficacy score before and after treatment in the two groups through statistics,and the level of serum sex hormone(E,FSH),serum anti Mueller hormone(AMH)and serum CA-125 were measured before and after treatment day 2-4 of the third menstrual period with fasting in the morning.Results: Through the research and analysis:1.The total curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the total effective rate in the control group was73.33%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.1%.2.The treatment group was better than the control group in relieving dysmenorrhea,improving menstrual volume and reducing uterine volume(P < 0.05);3.The CA125 level of the two groups was improved after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.05);4.There was no significant difference in the levels of E,FSH and AMH between the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Hanlian Dicha prescription on adenomyosis of heat accumulation and blood stasis type after HIFU treatment is positive.It can relieve dysmenorrhea,improve menorrhagia,reduce uterus volume and serum CA125 level,but it has no effect on E,FSH and AMH,has no effect on ovarian function,safety and no side effects.It is worth popularizing and applying after syndrome differentiation.
