As an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of meridians, acupuncture is oneof the main dialectical thinking in science and even medicine. It meridian theory, Han andHan previous literature has been formed, the meridian organs Syndrome identification anddiagnosis, therapy and even acupuncture method selected, havea vital significance. Ancientphysicians have to play meridians and applications playan important role in the clinicaltreatment of the idea of acupuncture. Throughout ancient and modern literature, do not yethave a sort of meridians and in-depth research system.The basic idea of the theoretical basis and acupuncture clinical diagnosis of thispaper,based on meridians of the ancient literature theory content analysis and interpretation, tofully explain the connotation of meridians, the basis and core essence, provide a referencefor acupuncture treatment ideas to expand applications.In this paper, collect, collate, study the ancient literature about the meridians o-r work,and an overview of its initiation, the establishment, development, application-n andevolution. The study found that in the Han Dynasty and the previous litera-ture has beenestablished and the formation of meridians, meridians generated base-d on the meridiantheory, with the development and evolution of the theory of meridians and acupointsfurther improved from the initial simple, plain syndrome, acco-rding to the Ministry ofmeridian to complex ideas meridians treatment model syst-em transition. Sort meridianssyndrome and identified at their use, the use by insp--ection, palpation, especially heavypulse application methods of diagnosis. In clinic--al practice differentiation and organs areinseparable, closely integrated with the eig-ht principal syndromes. With the establishmentof the theoretical core of the organ--s, meridians relatively small in modern clinicalapplication, its value can not be co-mpletely achieved, it should be further explored, andshould not be confined to theacupuncture clinic.The method of this paper is to study the literature and theoretical studies combining both analysis and application of the principles explored systematically studiedthe verticaland horizontal angles associated. Study illustrates the historical develop---ment ofmeridians, the relationship with the idea of acupuncture and traditional Ch-inese medicinein the development and application of the overall dialectical mode of thinking. For thecorrect interpretation of the theory of traditional acupuncture, st-andardized acupunctureclinical syndrome of ideas, promote meridians in Chinese medicine clinical applications,providing basic theory and research literature.
