Objective: 1,To observe the therapeutic effect of needling by differentiation of meridian syndromes to treat Lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion (LIDP).2,observe the difference of obtaining acupucture point in this way and the clinical convention method on the therapeutic effect.Methods: 55 chosen LIDP patients,coincident with standards,were randomly divided into 2 groups:30 patients in Treatment Group which obtaining acupucture point by the differentiation of meridian syndromes and 25 patients in Control Group which obtaining acupucture point by the clinical convention.After gainning the pneuma,the acupucture point of 2 group use the same needing manoeuvre.The patients of two groups were all keeping the needle 30 minutes after needing and manipulating needle 1 time every interval 10 minutes. Treating 6 days every week,and recessing 1 days.3 weeks were a course of treatment and observing a course of treatment. The clinic symptoms of two groups was evaluated by"lower back pain assessment standard"(JOA evaluation sheet).The standard of the curative effect was evaluated by"diagnostic efficacy standards for diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine"of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results: There were the significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the total effective rate and the clinical healing rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: To treat the LIDP by the the method of needling by differentiation of meridian syndromes have the significant clinical effect,better than adopting the common methods,and can obtain the better purpose of the clinical cure.
