Electroacupuncture With Acupoint Bloodletting For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Research

[Objective] : electroacupuncture and bloodletting with Wei Zhong point and San Jin point for thetreatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical research.[Method] : 99 patients with knee osteoarthritis who conformed to the diagnostic and receive criteria were divided into three groups In accordance with the random and contrast. Group 1(treatment group):First. electric acupuncture therapy. Then local Wei Zhong acupuncture point bloodletting. add San Jin point bloodletting. Group2(the control group A):F irst. electric acupuncture therapy. Then local Wei Zhong acupuncture point bloodletting..Group3( t he control group B) : p atients with celecoxib capsules.100 mg.Bid..Electric acupuncture therapy. Qd. 15 days for aperiod of treatment..Bleeding on the first day, once every 5 days.15 days for aperiod of treatment. Clinical status was evaluated using western Ontario macmaster university of osteoararthritis index visual scale(WOMAC), The degree of pain evaluation using visual analog scale(VAS). And limited to unbend, tenderness, swelling, stiff four indicators included in the questionnaire.[The results] : Score were improved significantly after treatment in the three groups(all P<0.05); In group 1(The treatment group) the total effective rate was 73.3%..In group 2(Control group A) the total effective rate was 50%. In Group 3(Control group B) the total effective rate was 33.4%. Curative effect difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05), treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group A and control group B(P < 0.05); Control group A and control group B there was no statistically significant difference effect. Contrast with obvious differences between groups, electroacupuncture cooperates with sanjin point, bilateral acupuncture point bloodletting therapy effect is better than the other two groups.[Conclusion] : electroacupuncture cooperates with sanjin point, bilateral acupuncture point bloodletting therapy can obviously reduce joint pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve the knee joint motion, worth clinical promotion.
