The Ancient Literatural Research On Moxibustion Treatment For Sndryomes Of "Gubi"

ObjectiveSystematically sort the ancient literatural data on moxibustion treatmenton sndryomes of “Gubi”to apply reference and inspiration for acupunctureand moxibustion clinic of nowadays by discussion on the law of choosingpoints,the control of moxibustion degree,the choosen of moxibustion means andsome notes in this process.MethodsUsing the research methods on traditional Chinese medicine literature tocollect,sort,conclude and analyse the contents on moxibusiton,Gubi andmoxibustion treatment on sndryomes of “Gubi”in ancient literature byconsulting important ancient Chinese medical books.Results1)The choosen of moxibustion points should give priority to localpoints-choosen principle,and cooperate with far-following meridianpoints-choosen principle,and attach importance to choose yang-meridianpoints to drive out pathogenic factor and dredge channel by adding yang qi,andshould also attach importance to selecting points that have special clincaleffection by visceral discriminate.2)The choosen of moxibustion degree should be agility according to thepatient’s condition and physique.moxibustion degree should be enough but not execessive by observing the patient’s condition and scar-color,using ordinalmoxibustion for the porpose of eliminating pathogen and strengthening vitalqi.3)The choosen of moxibustion means can be moxa cone-moxibustion,moxaroll-moxibustion,no wormwood-moxibustion, hot application ofmedicine.etc.but post-moxibustion sore should be regarded in this choosenwhich has a great effection on moxibustion fuction.4)The notes conclude pyretic arthralgia’s cautious moxibustion andnon-execessive moxibustion. The condition of impairment of yin should beavoided in the moxibustion.ConclusionMoxibustion treatment on sndryomes of “Gubi” which has broadpoints-selection and various moxibustion means has a long story,it shouldbe extended in clinic.
