To Observe The Therapeutic Effect Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Acupoint Injection For Treatment Of Migraine

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect byelectroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of migraine, andcompare the differences in efficacy evaluation and electro acupuncture treatment ofmigraine, migraine clinical targeted therapy points out the direction for migraine, to seeka more targeted, comprehensive therapy is more effective, improve the clinical efficacyof migraine.Method and content:We selected60cases of migraine patients, were randomlydivided into observation group, control group and acupuncture effect ofelectroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection,30cases in each group. The twogroups were treated for two courses,1times a day,6times for a course of treatment, two1days rest between treatments. The solutions to the migraine symptom score and VAS(visual analogue scale) as the evaluation basis. The migraine assessment according to:headache attack frequency, duration, degree classification and accompanying symptoms,the symptoms of comprehensive assessment of5aspects, headache severity scoreaccording to VAS (visual analogue scale), recorded and evaluated, two groups of patientswere compared between groups and within groups.Results:Efficiency: the observation group100%, control group80%; the VAS valuechanges after treatment between two groups: first, in the two groups were significantlydifferent (p<0.05); clinical symptoms: there was significant difference between groups(p<0.05), group showed no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:Research shows that, all the two groups and effective method in thetreatment of migraine, but the effect of electroacupuncture combined with acupointinjection therapy to improve all aspects are better than acupuncture therapy in an efficient, analgesia, clinical symptoms and signs. This study enriched the clinical research ofelectro acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy of rich content, its clinical researchdata, and provide a new therapeutic approach for acupuncture treatment of migraine.
