Electroacupuncture In Vivo To Stimulate Gastroparesis Syndrome After Combined Acupoint Injection Of Intragastric Point Injection

Object:A clinical study on routine nutritional support treatment,electroacupuncture gastric pacemaker,electroacupuncture gastric pacemaker combined with acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of abdominal surgery caused by gastroparesis syndrome,provide a more safe and effective treatment method for clinical treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal surgery in the future.Methods:From October 2015 to December 2017 underwent abdominal surgery gastroparesis syndrome 30 cases,were randomly divided into 3 groups,10 cases of patients in each treatment group was treated with conventional nutritional support,nutritional support for gastrointestinal decompression and regular reexamination of liver function and electrolyte,electroacupuncture treatment group to treatment group on the basis of nutrition support in Electroacupuncture gastric pacemaker,electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at Zusanli metoclopramide injection by detecting gastric motility,gastric motility recovery time and average drainage tube,a comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and the average drainage volume of gastric tube in electroacupuncture treatment group and EA group combined with acupoint injection group were better than those in the nutritional support group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture therapy group and the acupoint injection group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Electroacupuncture stimulation of gastric blot can obviously promote the recovery time of gastric motility in patients with gastroparesis syndrome,improve the function of gastrointestinal tract,and shorten the course of gastroparesis syndrome.
