Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Insomnia Of Heat-kidney Imbalance Mainly By Electro-acupuncture Baihui And Yintang

Objective: to discuss specificity of acupuncture prescription and optimize therapeuticregimen through comparing the clinical therapeutic effect of insomnia treated byelectro-acupuncture baihui and yintang and general acupoints.Methods:40patients were randomly divided into two groups，treatment group andcontrol group．There are20patients in each group. Mainly points of treatment are baihui,yintang, shenmen, neiguan, sanyinjiao, taixi,yongquan. All of these electro-acupuncturebaihui and yintang while the others with general acupuncture. And then the control groupis treated by general acupuncture.40patients were assessed before and after treatmentperiod．The evaluating items included:(1) PSQI (2) SPSS (3) HAHM.Results:According to analysis of total40cases, we can conclude:①After treat-mentthe two groups are both better than before on the clinical curative effect;②There issignificant difference about the effective rate and curative rate between the two groups(P＜0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group;③The observation indexincluding of PSQI SRSS and HAMA, and the treatment group is better than the controlgroup in all of these(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Both therapies of the two groups have significant effects on insomnia ofheat-kidney imbalance,and the electro-acupuncture is better than the gen-eric group.Electro-acupuncture baihui and yintang is a method of simplicity of operator and be worthclinical application.
