| Objective: To observe the tone the liver and spleen, dampness and heat circulation for the medicine to cure the glycolipid party and called party group of type2diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver experimental studies and clinical efficacy.Methods: A randomized, controlled method,45patients were divided into treatment group (23cases) and control group (22cases). The treatment group received lipid therapy on the basis of the general tone and direction. The control group received metformin250mg, Tid, oral treatment on the basis of the general, to control blood glucose and lipid. Observation time is8weeks, the main outcome measures have blood sugar, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin, fasting and postprandial insulin levels, insulin resistance index, liver B, liver function, clinical symptoms, such as traditional Chinese medicine, and through animal experiments and glycolipid transfer side effects on body weight and liver structure rats.Results: The fasting and postprandial blood glucose two hours, two hours fasting and postprandial insulin levels, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyl endopeptidase, liverB-division, medicine and other clinical symptom scores improved significantly compared with the control group was statistically significant.
