The Clinical Research On Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Using Methods Of Reinforcing Spleen

Objective：To observe the clinic effect of the methods of Reinforcing Spleen in thetreatment of CKD,and explore its functional mechanism.Methods: This study included80patients with CKD.They were further divided intotwo subgroups randomly and treated with regular modern medicine. One group (40)wastreated to take the two usual Chinese herbal prescriptions on the methods of ReinforcingSpleen additionally.After two months of treatment, the changes of clinic symptom andlaboratory index were examined.Result:1.The total clinical effective rate of treatment group is82.50％,which is betterthan that of control group（52.50％）with statistical(P<0.01). The effective rate of treatmentgroup in the symptom signs is much better than that of control group with statistical(P<0.05).2.Experimental studies have shown that: the methods of Reinforcing Spleen inthe treatment of CKD to improve the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of all aspectsof Chinese medicine,to reduce urinary protein and plasma albumin levels，increased thecreatinine clearance rate, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen regulation therapysignificantly,And be safety, low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion: The methods of Reinforcing Spleen in the treatment of CKD is effective,low side effects.It can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
